A perfect living experience. As soon as I entered the door, the lady was very welcoming. The lobby is luxurious. The hotel faces the river and the view is superb. No noise, convenient transportation, a wide variety of hotel food, the children love the layout of the room, and the hotel also has a children's playground, which is like freeing my hands. My reservation is staying for 2 nights, at the first night with terrible experience. (1. Assigned wrong a smoking floor which I had requested non smoking rooms and I had awake by smelling cigarette smoking at early morning 0630.)(2. Air Con malfunction with heat wind with 26 degrees whole night and the outside temperature is just 12 degrees. I have to turn off the air con to stop fresh air during the night.) (3. Shower water is suppling unstable water temperatures.)(4. TV is not working)(5. WiFi cannot be connected)(6. Gym open at 14:00-22:00 which might be satisfying the customer regular exercise in morning) But the next day, room changed and all services are satisfied. The hotel manager even open the gym for me in advance. Overall I am happy the management did very well with complain handling and recovery.

We had a good stay. Huge traffic to get to the hotel we walked for over 1 hour as we were during national holidays. The staff was nice and polite 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 The location is right next to the ticket office for the glass bridge and drifting . During the national holidays, the traffic can turn to a nightmare.
