1.晚上8點半才開了幾個池，陸續有人來了才開始在無水的池注水，等到滿水的時候已經沒有多少時間浸泡了；2. 網上訂的時候説面積80平方米，但去到現場衹是連花園的面積才有80平方米的板間房，房間內面積衹有20、30平方米，本來是衝著590多元一間80平方米的房間去訂的，純粹是欺騙；3. 房間內一陣異味；4. 早餐非常差，品種少、食材質量差，就餐環境非常差；5. 花園不算得臟亂差，但也是沒有經常打理的那種，花園環境差。
