環境：靠馬路那邊因為有車經過，哪怕關了窗户也非常的聒噪，更何況你樓下是還開了個KTV，沒有隔音效果的材料基本都是白搭，住進來的客人怎麼睡得安穩？
服務：白天出門跟前台説過，讓人去房間整理一下，晚上回來還是原樣。最後是打電話才送來了洗漱用品和水。
