The staff explained that it was a sudden notification from the property management company. I was really helpless and had to sleep that night. Not good, no air conditioning, the weather is humid and muggy. . . Everything went back to normal for the next few days. The best thing about it is the location. The hotel is located in a lively area of ​​Qingyuan, a prosperous old street. The hotel elevators on the 2nd and 4th floors can directly lead to the shopping mall downstairs. There are many kinds of food and there are several drink shops on the ground. On the first floor, shopping and shopping are very convenient, as well as eating, drinking and having fun. The room is spacious and comfortable, clean and tidy. The only downside is that the corridor smells like smoke. There are quite a lot of smokers here. After staying in the hotel for a few days, I felt that the waiters were very polite and the cleaning staff were diligent and enthusiastic.

The hotel generally feels good, but it is not convenient to have no wardrobe. The location is relatively remote, and the surrounding environment is not very friendly. There are no restaurants and shopping, mostly lubricant stores. The view from the upper floors is average. The wall above the TV in the room has obvious water seepage or something causing bulges. The carpet in the lobby is very dirty. It doesn't look like it was newly opened last year at all. The buffet breakfast is pretty good, included in the hotel price, and the price-performance ratio is okay. After checking in, a robot delivered fruit, the service was pretty good, and the facilities in the room were complete. It's just that it's recommended not to expose the towels, and vacuum packaging is better. The network wifi signal is very poor. Even if I connected it in time, I couldn't open the web page on my iPad, and I couldn't use the screen projection function.

A perfect living experience. As soon as I entered the door, the lady was very welcoming. The lobby is luxurious. The hotel faces the river and the view is superb. No noise, convenient transportation, a wide variety of hotel food, the children love the layout of the room, and the hotel also has a children's playground, which is like freeing my hands. I can go home and play without having to keep nagging.

My reservation is staying for 2 nights, at the first night with terrible experience. (1. Assigned wrong a smoking floor which I had requested non smoking rooms and I had awake by smelling cigarette smoking at early morning 0630.)(2. Air Con malfunction with heat wind with 26 degrees whole night and the outside temperature is just 12 degrees. I have to turn off the air con to stop fresh air during the night.) (3. Shower water is suppling unstable water temperatures.)(4. TV is not working)(5. WiFi cannot be connected)(6. Gym open at 14:00-22:00 which might be satisfying the customer regular exercise in morning) But the next day, room changed and all services are satisfied. The hotel manager even open the gym for me in advance. Overall I am happy the management did very well with complain handling and recovery.

A great hotel, right next to Huanghua Town, seven or eight minutes away from Xiao Zhaozhou Bridge. There are many facilities in the hotel, including a gym, swimming pool, children's playroom, etc., and they are all free. The room is very clean and the bedding is good. Breakfast is okay, with about ten or twenty varieties. There are electric cars and bicycles for rent at the door of the hotel, which is convenient for traveling. There are also several restaurants nearby, which is also very convenient for eating.

The travelling experience in xilegu was complicated. Some aspects were excellence with some areas to be improved. Service was good. Our family had fun in circus performance though the scale was small and without safety measures. Breakfast buffet food was good. Hotspring was fine and water park hygiene can be better especially the water quality. The pool floor was full of subtle tiles due to lack of maintenance. Accommodation was good and spacious with private hotspring. The staff kept reminding to leave a comment which is very detailed mind.
