Very friendly & helpful staff, good location in centre of town near restaurants, in the morning there's a street market along the canal outside. Very clean and comfortable with parking out front. 這次服務體驗很不好，不像是國企品牌酒店，存在跟顧客耍心眼，員工言行不一致的現象。1.我訂的套餐有專車接送服務，可前台説衹管接不管送，但其他人員又説都有，我再三要求才説可以。2.我的房間1-5層都有，我去前台的時候，其他人都安排了第2層，把我安排第1層，我想調到上面樓層，説不行，説沒有房間，我再三強調下才給我換。3.我想在酒店裡吃飯，都是大桌包廂，看我們就2個人勉為其難才讓我們進去吃，還用破餐布把我們盤子區域墊着，生怕我們弄臟了怕收拾。酒店環境是很不錯，但國企擔當我沒感受到，微笑服務是有，但我覺得沒有微笑到顧客心裏，衹是公式化微笑，真到解決顧客問題時就耍心眼、串説辭，顧客又不是**，望後續顧客周知。

He told me about the local culture. He also made a free travel guide for us based on the length of our stay, taking into account all the main points 🙂 If you have any questions during the trip, you can contact him at any time. He is very considerate~ The owner is a retired soldier, so he is very kind😊 The accommodation environment is the Zen and elegant type that I like. You can hear birds singing every morning. It feels so good to be close to nature. The owner's mother also gave me some fruit🙆 I had a great time chatting with the owner's other half. May the baby grow up safely and happily. The next time we meet, he won't be in his mother's belly😊 We can officially meet.

GGuest UserThe misty rain was on Jiuhua Mountain, the air was humid and cold, but I couldn't feel it at all when I entered the house. The reception girl and the aunt were very warm. They warmly opened the floor heating in the room in advance. The room was warm and comfortable. The quilt was dry and tidy and smelled very clean. Because I took the elderly, I lived for two days, most of the time I ate in the store. The kitchen was very clean and tasted good. It was no different from the outside restaurant. I also warmly helped us leave the chicken soup that was not finished to the evening. I used to come to Jiuhuashan every year, this time I lived the most comfortable time. I should still choose here next time, I hope to keep it in shape, and I have been so good [rose]

GGuest UserI went to Jiuhuashan with my children and my family a few years ago. The front desk was very considerate and helped me upgrade to a parent-child room. The 1.8-meter large bed and the 1.2-meter bed are really suitable for a family of three like us. The room is very spacious. It's comfortable, the sheets and quilts are very clean, and the aunties in the guest rooms are also very welcoming. The hotel's location is at the bottom of the mountain, and the parking lot is right in front of the hotel. The price/performance ratio is very high. What I like most is that there is a huge patio next to the hotel gym, where children can also read books in the hotel. The breakfast is also very rich and delicious, with freshly ground soy milk. Atour's pillows are really comfortable, with great resilience and support. The drinks and snacks in the minibar are also free. Thank you. All in all, the services and facilities are great. Sound insulation is also very good. There is also a gym and laundry room, so you don’t have to worry about washing clothes when you go out for a few days. The room also has an exterior window, and the decoration is also in the wabi-sabi style, which I like. It is highly recommended for friends who come to visit to choose this hotel. 👍👍👍

MMoyanI went to Jiuhuashan for a walk with friends and family. Since we were three people and the room types, I looked at many, many B&Bs, and finally found Jufengyuan, which suited my liking. Because we all prefer one bed per person to a big bed for two people. I just came back from Jiuhua Mountain yesterday, let me share my feelings:
1. Location: Convenient! Not far from Yingxian Bridge, you can reach it within 10 minutes' walk. The minibus to the rooftop scenic area is right across the street, it couldn't be more convenient. After leaving the B&B, there are various restaurants and small shops on the left and right, as well as a small fresh coffee shop. You can satisfy yourself by eating and shopping. Although the surrounding area is lively, the B&B is quiet, I assure you.
2. Although it is a triple room, it is spacious. With the original furniture and three suitcases, it is not a problem for three people to move around. However, because we were too tired, we collapsed on the bed most of the time^_^. The toilet is very spacious. Very spacious! Comfortable.
3. My triple room was on the 3rd floor so it was quieter. In addition, there are two pillows, with moderate hardness and softness, and the right height. As a detail person, I give them good reviews.
4. The toilet contains: toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, hair dryer, toothpaste and toothbrush, thick bath towels, etc. The slippers are also thick and not the thin and cheap ones, which also deserves praise. There are also clothes racks in the room! Very reasonable and practical.
5. The breakfast buffet is quite delicious, the cucumber pickles are also good, the fermented bean curd is also good, the porridge is well cooked, moderately thick, and very refreshing.
6. I had lunch at a store. The green leafy vegetables were delicious and very tender. The quantity is very real.
7. If I have to talk about shortcomings, there are a little few shelves in the toilet. There is no place for women wearing makeup, and there is nowhere to put a change of clothes. The toilet exhaust sound is a bit noisy.

After checking in, I wanted to go out for dinner at night, but I unexpectedly received a call from the hotel, reminding me that it would rain, so I didn't forget to bring an umbrella! Let's talk about the location. The scenic bus arrived at the top of the mountain. It felt like it took about 3 minutes to walk to the hotel. It was also about 3-5 minutes away from the cable car and the bus at the top of the mountain. It was very convenient whether going to attractions or dining! Worth recommending!

GGuest UserFirst of all, the location is next to the body temple. It is very close to Jiuhua Street. It is very convenient to go to the attractions. Besides, the environment is distributed around the mountainside with many special homestays, so the scenery is naturally good. Next, let’s talk about the service. The butler is very enthusiastic. The big sister in the yard is also enthusiastic. Breakfast is simple but very special.
Finally, there are a few shortcomings. First of all, there is no parking space to find the parking lot by yourself. Secondly, the toiletries (bath lotion and shampoo) in the house are slightly simple, but these two points do not affect the overall feeling, and the overall is still very good!

GGuest UserThe boss drove to the ticket office to pick me up. The boss and his family were very friendly. They also brought me a thin blanket at my request. The service was excellent. The room was as shown in the picture. Objectively speaking, it was in line with its price. After all, it was not expensive. It was clean and tidy. The only problem was that the shower door in the bathroom was not closed tightly and the water leaked outside. The water temperature was sometimes hot and sometimes cold.
