The room was very comfortable. Amandali at the front desk had a very good service attitude. The check-in process was very fast. The original plan changed and needed to be withdrawn for one day, which was quickly handled. The terrace has a wide view and the scenery is particularly good, especially at night!

This hotel is very cost-effective. The location and comfort of the hotel are very satisfactory. The breakfast is good. There are several coffee machines inside. After breakfast, I enjoyed walking on the beach with a cup of coffee. It was very enjoyable. The family rented a four-wheeler and rode around the beach. It was so happy. Next time I go to Huangdao, I will go to this hotel for vacation.

The hotel's hardware is a bit old-fashioned and European-style, but the front desk service is excellent, thoughtful, warm and polite. The swimming pool, breakfast and environment are all good. The back garden is good for walking. There are also peacocks, lambs and rabbits that children like. The prices of restaurant dishes are high. A normal dish costs about 88. There is a barbecue bar at the entrance of the lobby. There are many parking spaces at the hotel until 12 o'clock in the evening. If there is no good position, the car will be parked farther away, but there is no worry about lack of parking spaces.

The location is very remote, the room smells old, but the price is high, and it is not expensive during the National Day holiday. It is within an hour's drive from Laoshan and Jimo Ancient City. There are many types of breakfast, the milk is real milk, not milk powder, and the tea eggs are delicious. There are mudskippers and small crabs on the free beach behind, which are easy to catch.

The room was adequate size but we were very disappointed that there was no information in the room about the hotel itself, the services it provided nor about the area round about and no maps . As non Chinese tourists we were completely lost and having nothing to refer made the experience very difficult. A 500RMB security deposit was taken from my card on arrival and we were told anything we spent would be deducted from this and the remainder refunded. But breakfast 180RMB was taken directly from my card account. When we had to leave early some of the remainder for the extra nights was refunded but my 500RMB has not been refunded and I have had no success contacting the hotel. I would like my money refunded as I have already paid for breakfast !!! I must say an outstanding staff member at the hotel is Rafa. He listens, advises , helps and went out of his way and gave us the best and kindest assistance. He was wonderful, an outstanding representative for DoubleTree Hilton!!!!
