設施：房間比公佈的面積小，網上説25平米，實際入住的不足20平。房間無電熱水壺，熱水是老闆燒的，給兩個暖壺。房間內衹放下一個牀頭櫃，無桌椅。民宿無電梯。
衞生：一般
環境：離仰口沙灘很近，150米。酒店未在公路邊上，離景區公路100米。車開不進去，車可以停仰口景區2號停車場（免費停車）。
山景房，窗外能看到嶗山索道和壽字峯
服務：老闆老倆口比較熱情，就是方言太重，總是聽不清他們説的什麼。
