Lavande Hotels (Qingdao Wusi Square)

Great location across the metro station entrance/exit. Front desk staff are very friendly and approachable and they always greet guests when you enter the hotel. Comfortable bedding and clean rooms. Good facilities. The hotel has started new restaurant management so the breakfast has become much better with more food options. There may be a slight noise issue in this hotel due to the location being right next to the busy western-eastern motor way. Overall it wa a good stay.

The hotel staff on front desk are very professional. They greeted me every time without fail. Well done on great customer service. The hotel is very clean. However, the traffic noise is unbearable. My room was changed to back of hotel and it was still loud. The bed is very uncomfortable and way too firm. The light switches have led lights behind that stay on all night. So the room always has too much light for a good sleep. The hotel changed restaurant owners. It had a very poor offering. The hotel did refund my breakfast and gave 1 complimentary breakfast once the new restaurant owner was in place. However it was an inconvenience having to leave hotel for breakfast. This hotel could be excellent as it has good quality staff. Just soundproof your rooms, have comfortable bed and stop the light in the room. I thank the staff for the excellent customer service
