I came to Qingdao for a court hearing. The hotel is very close to the Licang District Court, and it takes only ten minutes to walk there. The hotel rooms are large and the facilities are clean. The waiters in the restaurant on the 21st floor are very enthusiastic. The hotel has two 7kw charging pile parking spaces, which can be fully charged in one night. The hotel has convenient parking and there are many local specialty shops, snack bars and night markets around it within a kilometer.

We came from overseas and rooms were well-equipped with UK-type plug chargers which was an added convenience. Noticed most of the staff are fluent in English as well. This hotel is tip-top with its cleanliness, and staff are always helpful and are willing to step out of their way to help assist you, especially Amber and Sherry who helped us check in. Hotel is near Inzone Mall and Fushansuo Metro Station, and the main Xianggang Middle Rd Area! Great stay at this hotel and would definitely consider staying with them again!

Well, Crown Plaza is our usual our favorite hotel and also our first-choice hotel in Qingdao city and naturally chose the Crowne Plaza Qingdao again. The hotel hasn’t lost any of its avantgarde charm. Furthermore, the employees are still as professional and helpful as I remember them from the last time (this time I would like to mention Ms. Fanny from the front desk, hassel-free check in that was quick and we were given a free upgrade) . The rooms are spacious, and the amenities will cater to every whim. The convenient location is an added bonus, which doesn’t need to be mentioned separately as the hotel location which is near to five four squares.

the location is best. you get to the hotel right at subway exit, across Shangri-la hotel and you can walk to Qingdao landmark in just 10 mins. the room was huge and nice and clean. the bathroom was separated into bathtub, shower room and toilet. it's a shame that we could only stay for a night and missed breakfast.

The room at Valley Wing was spacious. We had a room with good sea views. The lobby on the ground floor is huge but we would recommend the hotel to adjust the temperature higher up as it was freezing cold and consumed energy to keep the low temperature. We had all our meals including breakfast, lunch and dinner inside the hotel as there was some variety to suit our tastes. The Yum for breakfast is a bit congested but there was plenty of food to eat. Lunches and dinners at Shang Palace were good although we had to wait a long time for our food at our last night there. This was perhaps due to some banquet at the same time. The Flyer Catch served Mediterranean food. The sea food there was great and the desserts were delicious. The hotel is conveniently located. Public transportation is convenient as the hotel is just above Line 2 and Line 3.

😍 Great hotel this time! As soon as you enter the lobby, you feel the warm atmosphere. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was clean. The facilities are full, the Wi-Fi is fast, and the bathrooms are very clean. The staff is super friendly and attentive without being too intrusive. A great location for a holiday trip. There was plenty to do. The hotel amenities had something for everyone. I wished the outdoors pools and grounds were unkept a little more. On the way to the beach the boardwalk was destroyed. The building is a little old and could use some updating for the rooms but they staff works hard to keep things clean, orderly, and organized. Staff were very helpful from Check-in to checkout. Food options were plentiful. And the view was amazing.
