I had in issue with check in process , the guy at the reception told me that my reservation is for European people with discount of 20% . So he asked to pay the difference I reject to pay any extra piece other than the total in my reservation. The check in took from me 1 hour I would not recommend this resort and I probably won’t come back to this resort ever

Отдыхала в Шарм-эль-Шейхе впервые и очень рада, что выбрала именно этот отель. Впечатления самые положительные! Территория большая и красивая, с множеством горок, что сделало отдых интересным как для меня, так и для моего племянника. Вечерние развлекательные программы были разнообразными и увлекательными. Особенно хочется выделить аниматоров, которые были просто замечательные! Мартин и Паоло – самые общительные и веселые ребята, которых я когда-либо встречала на отдыхе. Мартин заряжает невероятной энергией, а его зумба и аквааэробика были просто лучшими. Он очень позитивный и обладает прекрасным чувством юмора. Ребёнок с нетерпением ждал Паоло, чтобы поиграть с ним. Видно, что аниматоры любят свою работу, делают всё с душой и стараются увлечь всех гостей. В целом, отель порадовал вкусной едой и отличным сервисом. Надеюсь, что вернусь сюда снова в ближайшее время!

I just spent a week here with my partner. I gotta say that it was one of the most fun trip we did together. The hotel was amazing, will all comfort. We got an amazing room. All the staff is fun especially the animation team. At night the shows were interesting to watch and we enjoyed clubs outside the hotel. We definitely need to so this again

Очень доброжелательный персонал. Ежедневная уборка. Не беспокоили когда отдыхали. Большое разнообразие в питании. Интересные шоу. Отдыхала с сыном, он в восторге. Особенно от количества горок на территории. Аниматоры бомба, особенно Мартин и Паоло. Находили подход к сыну и развлекали его. Дневные развлечения, такие как зумба и аквааэробика, каждый день были разнообразные и позитивные. Обязательно вернемся к вам снова! Спасибо за крутой отдых!

Отдыхали с детьми 4 и 6 лет. Дети, естественно, в восторге были от большого количества горок и готовы были жить в бассейне. Есть бассейн с теплой водой для деток, что очень здорово. Взрослым так же не проблема найти развлечение в виде разного количества горок в отеле и большого количества разных бассейнов, не было ни разу проблемы с лежаками у них. Приехали в отель в обеденное время и в номер нас заселили в течении получаса. Номер был комфортный и всем хватало спальных мест, уборка была каждый день. Всегда чистые кровати и полотенца. Единственный недостаток - далековато расположение пляжа, но в отеле есть автобус, который отвозил и привозил туда каждые 20-30 минут. С лежаками на пляже никаких проблем так же не было в это время года. Голодным так же никто не остался, всегда был достаточный выбор основных блюд, фруктов и напитков. Фуд корты у бассейна и на пляже так же не оставляли годными (фри, бургеры, хот-доги, овощи, фрукты, паста). Последние пару дней нашего пребывания, правда, была почему-то большая очередь в бар на пляже. Надеюсь в дальнейшем этот вопрос администрация отеля решит) Ребята аниматоры всегда старались растормошить народ и в дневное и в вечернее время, не давали скучать ни детям, ни взрослым. Спасибо большое за гостеприимство
