Sehr schönes Hotel, Komplett alle Servicekräfte sind extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Essen ist sehr gut und es gibt extrem viel gute Auswahl. (Pasta, Rind, Ente, Pute, Hähnchen, Garnelen, Pizza, Salate, Gemüse, Obst, Süßes usw… Das gesamte Animationsteam war absolute Spitze und sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind wunderbar groß, sauber und in guten Zustand. Der Beauty Salon mit Fofa sowie das Cleopatra Spa mit Mohammed waren extrem gut und sehr schön. Vielen Dank an Euch alle! Ich komme definitiv bald wieder!

Отель оцениваю на 4*. Номера довольно старые, нет халатов и тапочек. Вода в аквапарке подогревалась один день, остальные дни вода прям холодная, даже в море была теплее. Людей было мало в этот период, это плюс. Анимация понравилась и официант Ахмед. Очень любезный и доброжелательный, играет с детьми, всегда готов помочь и запоминает предпочтения гостей

Хочу поделится впечатлением ,так как в этом отеле отдыхаю уже не первый раз. В ресторан - бар обслуживание отличное😎особенно бармен Mahmoud Al-Tayeb ,очень вежливый и внимательный🥰Его шикарная улыбка заряжает позитивом на целый день ☺️ На ресепшене компетентные сотрудники ,которые всегда пройдут на помощь 🙃 А вот уборка номера в этот раз подкачала,вроде бы убрал номер,но не весь мусор вынес. Пришлось самой ему отдать,после этого повесили табличку не убирать.😂

Sehr nette Anlage, gutes Essen nicht zu verschwenderisch aber abwechslungsreich. Große Zimmer und sauber. Man kann sehr gut schlafen.. Bei der Animation ist immer was los. Tina (gibt tolle Streching Stunden) und ein paar andere sind unglaublich nett Andere wie Vivi und der Manager der Animateure eher weniger. Viele Russen. Super Fitness 💪. Die Massagen sind sehr gut aber die Toiletten dort waren leider immer schmutzig..

Ein schönes Hotel, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber gut geführt. Angenehme Atmosphäre, gute Animatoren, freundliche Service Angestellte. Viele Russen und Polen! Das Essen ist tw. lokal, und tw. international, aber gut. Die Zimmer haben meistens Wlan, aber nicht alle. Gutes 4* Hotel

Все отлично, особенно море и пляж - плавный заход, прекрасно подходит для отдыха с детьми, вода идеально чистая и прозрачная. Территория отеля очень ухоженная, чистота и порядок, как в номерах, так и на пляже. Есть небольшой аквапарк. Персонал молодцы, всегда отзывчивый, приветливый и с улыбкой. Анимация достаточно весёлая. Шведский стол – супер!!! Каждый день удивляли, очень вкусно и креативно, питание разнообразное. Ребята, работающие в ресторане – это люди, обладающие безграничным терпением. Нам повезло с Ахмедом!!! Это не просто гарсон с подносом, это – лицо заведения, мастер своего дела, в котором сочетаются природные задатки и профессионализм: коммуникабельность, тактичность и стрессоустойчивость. От отдыха получила массу положительных эмоций. Удачи вам Аква Мондо Абу Сома!!!

Hotel czysty, plaża niewielka, ale zadbana. Jedzenie różnorodne i smaczne. Dużo owoców i warzyw. Basen główny podgrzewany. Codziennie inne animacje, więc każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Obsługa hotelu miła i uśmiechnięta. Polecam gorąco.

Schönes kleines Hotel. Sauber und das Personal zuvorkommend Animation war Amateur Niveau! Nervig und belästigen! Vivi ( deutsche blonde) war nervig und akzeptierte kein Nein!! Bei der Abendshow miss Hotel zog sie mich an meine Händen obwohl i j 10 mal Nein sagte! Beim Lose verkaufen für Tombola akzeptierte sie kein Nein!! Schlimm das Mädel.!! Ihr Mann der chef animateur war arrogant und unfreundlich!! Erzählte Lügen über die Gästen um seine Frau zu beschützen, die laut preisgab warum ein animateur nicht mehr dabei ist!! beide sind schlimm und erzählen nur Lügen um sich gegenseitig zu beschützen!!! Ein No GO'!!!! Ausserdem der eine beim Dart ( 1 Dezember) war zu beschäftigt mit flirten als sei Job zu machen! Katastrophal!' Schönes Hotel, aber hierher komm ich nicht mehr wieder augfrund der Animation.

Die Zimmer waren super, immer sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet mit Mini Bar. 1301 Zimmer ist super eine suit..❤️❤️❤️. Essen sehr gut und sehr abwechslungsreich. Anders als in den Bewertungen zuvor war das Essen super. Jeden Tag anderes Thema bei essen. Service war grandios alle waren super freundlich. Service Manager war sehr bemüht. Animation war auch gut. Jedentag Minidisco 20:30 Jeden Tag andere Show mit verschiedenen Darstellern. Bsp afrikanische Show, Tombola unsoweiter. Nicht zu viel nicht zu wenig einfach super. Die Fakir Show mit ahmed. Vivi und hossam waren auch super und super freundlich. Wir hatten auch eine privat boots tour und alles war super
