One of the best hotels in Port Ghalib, if not the best. It lives up to its name “palace” quite aptly.
Pleasantly surprised by the kindness, gentleness and availability of the staff.
The all inclusive is rather stunning. Even during the day at the beach you are served on your deckchair.
The food is quite repetitive but it is so abundant and differentiated that you can eat different things every day. However, I think that for trips of two weeks or more this could be a problem.
Small downside for the spa. Prices are at the customer's discretion. I imagine that the owner(s) of the spa are different from the hotel. Ultimately I didn’t subscribe to any treatment.
I would go back.

Sehr nette Menschen im Hotel. Alle sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Die Anlage ist sauber und das Essen war sehr gut. Zum Schnorcheln ist das Hausriff sehr gut geeignet. Angebote für Touren sind auch vorhanden. Ich kann dieses Hotel ohne Einschränkungen sehr empfehlen!

Maximalne doporucuji tento hotel. Jsem tu s kamarady a velka spokojenost. Personal je velice mily, barmani nosi drinky primo k lehatkum, staci si objednat na baru nebo za vami cisnik prijde. Comodo da aggiungere dall’aeroporto Resort molto bello, pulito, curato in ogni aspetto, dalle camere, alle zone verdi, alla spiaggia, bella curata, comodo l’accesso in acqua per fare snorkeling. Tutto il personale della struttura è disponibile, cordiale e attento ad ogni esigenza del cliente, dai più piccoli ai più grandi. Animazione internazionale ottima. Hotel rewelacja,obsługa sympatyczna,pokoje czyste,pyszne jedzenie. Wracamy tutaj i będziemy wracać. Dive Club profesjonalna obsługa. Dbają o sprzęt,piorą po nurkowaniu pianki,buty ,inflatory itd. Unser Urlaub hier war wirklich wunderschön. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, die Anlage wunderbar gepflegt und immer sauber. Das gesamte Personal ist freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Unser zimmerboy achmet hat unser Zimmer jeden Tag super schön hergerichtet und uns mit liebevollen Handtuch-Tierchen im Bett den Tag versüßt Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen :)

Krasny hotel, skvele jidlo, krasny korálovy utes, podmorsky zivot. Aquapark. Marina hned vedle, asi 5 minut pěšky ani ne. Nakupni moznosti na hotelu i v Marine. Animacni programy, ceska animatorka Kačka. Personal velice prijemny , mily, ochotny. Personal se chova profesionalne. Blizko letiste, jsme tu uz podruhe a radi se vratime
