Nice swimming pool and beach. Too much flies. The check in was too long and the room not ready.

So far one of the most beautiful hotels we have visited. So authentic, with wonderful staff. The rooms are comfortable, clean, the beach is one of the most beautiful bays in this area. The food is extremely delicious! The hotel is a paradise for people who want a relaxing and quiet vacation. I want to commend yesterday's trip to El Quseir. Our guide Shazly (from the beach) was an exceptional guide. He described the history of the city so vividly and interestingly, and through his childhood and life stories inspired us and evoked this historic city. Thank him very much for that. It was a beautiful day. Also kudos to Mustafa from the beach and Shazly from the pool, at the Al Fresco restaurant as well as other staff who are more than friendly and unobtrusive. I visited the Utopia hotel twice this year. The hotel is family friendly, the atmosphere is great and the snorkelling is amazing. The employees create a good atmosphere. Abdoo, who carries fresh spirits and who is nice, smiling, always helps and tries to make the guests smiling and happy. Good employees make a good hotel. I would love to come back again in the fall
