The hotel is truly wonderful, offering a wide range of fun and engaging activities that are perfect for both kids and parents. My family and I especially enjoyed the archery, water cycling, and darts, which were all excellently organized and a pleasure to participate in. However, I must address a concern about the water polo activity. The level of aggression allowed during the game, particularly by some participants, was excessive and, frankly, unsafe. I experienced scraped elbows and knees, and despite attempting to tap out, I was held underwater for several seconds. When I reported this to the entertainer overseeing the activity, the response was dismissive and limited to a conversation in German. Unfortunately, the situation did not improve, and the game continued with the same level of aggression. Even an elderly guest commented on the excessive nature of the play. It felt unfair that, due to a majority of German participants, the entertainer seemed to favor them, even at the expense of other guests' safety. This has left me certain that I will not participate in water polo again. That said, the overall experience at the hotel was still enjoyable, and the other activities provided a fantastic time for my family. With better management of certain events, this could easily be a near-perfect vacation spot

This was my 2nd time at this resort. What a great place! The activities keep high standards and everybody's nice to you. I recommend all fitness classes . Aqua cycling was my favorite! The food is good and there are a lot of options for everybody. They even have gluten free bread now( and a couple of vegan options). The spa ladies are super nice and the quad tours( Chill tours) are good. Chill tours' Body and Koma were really funny! If you like hiking, I recommend the Nordic walking lesson in the desert. It was tough, but good exercise. All in all , a perfect holiday😄

Just returned from an 8 day stay. Had an amazing time. Don't understand the negative reviews. We found all the staff to be really friendly and helpful. When we got there we were given a double room, but asked to be moved to a twin. Reception sorted it without any problems. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, but there's so much to do, it really doesn't matter. There is something for everyone, from chilling at the relaxing pool, getting involved at the activity pool, snorkeling off the jetty or paddling in the lagoon, to name but a few. Advice for anyone who wants to snorkel, if you go down and there's a red flag, check back later in the day, if conditions change for the better the flag will change. There is a few cat's, but unless you are absolutely terrified of them, I wouldn't let that put you off. As long as someone in your group is ok to shoe them away they should leave you alone. I think maybe the hotel team are missing a trick with the cat's. I know if there was a way to sponsor the cat's, and get maybe a few photos sent every few months, I'd be happy to sign up. We went out on a fabulous boat trip with the guys at Chill tours. There's a few different companies that do trips straight from the hotel ( by that I mean, they only go from this hotel, so no collecting guests from other hotels) they'll be a trip to suit everyone. We didn't go to the welcome meeting with Tui, and I don't think you need it, all the information you need is in the app, or you can simply just ask any of the staff questions. Just returned from a great 2wks at this hotel. There is something for everyone all day everyday and no Egyptian ‘pressure’ and hassle that we have experienced previously. Top Tips Ensure you don’t get the visa on entry from TUI as they charge $30- go to the Bank desk just before at $25 Get a private transfer as the coach journey is looong Download entertainment for the flight as 5hrs with TUI was too long without a full service and inflight services If you want a good drink selection, take additional spirit with you or from duty free. Positives Majority of the staff are incredibly friendly. Particular mentions to Zaied and Mohammed at the activity pool and terrace for their attentive and friendly drinks service. They are a credit to the hotel. The food selection was great- buffet selection was huge and the restaurant options of the Asian, Italian (our favourite) and Egyptian very welcome. There is something to do for all ages and a whole ton of effort is put in by the entertainments team. The Halloween events were great although the kids sweet hunt was ruined by the older kids who barged the littler ones out the way and grabbed the haul. The Aqua Cycling was a great activity and Alcione ensured it was different each class. Negatives The beach is gritty and lagoon ‘ok’ - take beach shoes The sea can be choppy for snorkelling - you can’t feed the fish off the jetty The drinks choice is limited and one of the worst as an all inclusive. The cocktails weren’t great either. Yes we could have paid extra but that defeats the objective of an all inclusive. Some of the management appear to micro manage their bar staff and discourage them from getting to know the guests. Management should be reminded that happy staff make happy guests and is a great cultural exchange for all. Staff can make or break a holiday, don’t get to the stage it breaks it and you lose these valuable staff from your hotel to another. Such staff should be seen as an asset and treated accordingly and not appear to be made to feel bad. We had great weather too- all in all a great holiday and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Overall a fantastic stay at this resort. I would definitely return if I went to Egypt. Positives: -Great resort with plenty to do - timetable packed with activities including lots of fitness. Would recommend archery -Great gym facility. Would recommend a session with MoMo. A great trainer who also provides 1-2-1 personal training -Loved the entertainment team and the entertainment was brilliant. Creative with their Oktoberfest event. Good audience participation too. They did a silent cinema in the evening with a big screen. The foam party was good too! -Good food in the main restaurant and would recommend the Italian a la carte. Lots of snacks provided whilst evening entertainment was on. Music was great! -Lots of watersports available on the beach including kayak, paddle boarding etc. All included - no extra charge. -Rooms were clean and towels and water replaced daily -Staff were helpful -Lagoon area where you can swim etc and see some fish. Really good for when you can't get into the sea -Walking down the jetty was lovely even though we couldn't get into the water -Great coffee shop with lovely drinks and cakes -Good facilities to store luggage and shower when you check out Negatives: -They say they have good high speed wifi including the rooms. This is not true. One of the worst resorts I've been to for wifi. Good if you want to switch off -Cats were cute however they are everywhere! My sister is highly allergic and it effected her a great deal. They are not contained and there are tiny kittens being handled by guests. A lot of them appeared to have fleas. They are however well fed -The East restaurant was terrible - seemed like we were eating food that had been prepared the day before. Was not fresh and the service was terrible -Rooms were pretty basic although ok -Sun beds are all reserved which makes it hard to get a space. They say they don't allow them to be reserved but this isn't the case. -Shops are super expensive in the resort so not worth buying anything -Too many people approach you to sell their services on the beach which gets pretty annoying. You can get a red flag from the towel station which lets people know not to approach you. -If you want to relax and get good sleep, this may not be the resort for you. Loud music playing until 2am at times. I don't think they have any quiet rooms so just be aware. -~They want you to download the link and look at the facilities but hard to do at times without wifi! -Can't really swim in the sea as the red flag was up - Not the resorts fault but just to make you aware if you like getting in the sea -Had a lot of flies around and food wasn't always covered as best as it could be. Me and my family did get an upset tummy for the last few days.
