The hotel blankets and pillows were so dusty and filthy that my child got bronchitis after sleeping for 3 days, so I booked a 4-night stay, but I gave up for one day and went to the hospital and came back home.
The carpets were also very dirty,
and the staff was very responsive.
There were flies, but I called the front desk and they immediately sent me to Epquila, which resolved the issue.
On the third night, my child coughed and had a fever, so I asked for some fever reducer like Tylenol, but they said they didn't have any. I understand that medicine needs to be prescribed by a qualified person, but my child had a high fever, and it was really hard to be in the mountains at night.

Because it was a holiday and they were tired from serving many guests, the staff's response was below expectations.
