"Thanks to all the staff! Very responsive staff starting from the reception, the cleaners cleaned every day, changed towels, always prompt and answer, very clean, everything you need is in the room. Special thanks to Mikhail, a man who never sits))) he is always doing something, thanks to him there is such comfort and order in the restaurant! The restaurant is open from 7.30 to 23.30 and Mikhail never showed any discomfort or fatigue. Always friendly and responsive! The hotel is of course in the suburbs of Pyatigorsk, but you can easily get to the city by taxi. Very quiet, clean, beautiful. We thank the team for the opportunity to relax and enjoy peace and harmony!"
