Отель не плохой. Номер хороший чистый свежий ремонт. Очень нереальная постель, мягкая пахнет свежестью, подушки просто огонь. Одна проблема в этом отеле это администратор. Гоните эту хамку. Не здрасьте не до свидания. Просто такой осадок остался от посещения этого отеля. Приехали в отель написано звоните администратору позвонили, она спустилась не поздоровалась, с таким видом типа господи ещё и эти приехали к нам. Завтрак включён был, но нам не объяснили что надо выбирать его на ресепшене. Уезжали, отдали ключи и опять администратор даже не подняв головы в ответ на до свидание и наше спасибо не ответила ничего. О её хамстве даже в столовой гости с Москвы обсуждали

Хочется отметить безупречную чистоту, уют и комфорт номера. С таким удовольствием я еще не останавливалась ни где. Белоснежное постельное белье, укомплектованные гигиенические наборы, очень уютный номер за счет современного освещения, светлой мебели и шикарных занавесей. TV с интернетом, может посмотреть фильмы на свой вкус, Wi-Fi летает как дома.Персонал вежлив, сдержан и улыбчив, это тоже важно. Единственный отель в Пятигорске за такую смешную цену, но с таким шикарным сервисом. Желаю только процветания и довольных гостей!
