With all the options for Hotels we were concerned about the accommodations. I was looking for something more high end. In the end we are glad that we stayed there. The room was clean and the sheets fresh. The manager spoke English and went out of his way to serve you. The only negative is the outdoor bathroom. When using the facilities the flies do find you-- I found that by taking care of business in the evening there were no flies. Like other Hotels in this part of the Island, there are Crows that start making noise at about 0730. But that is part of the experience. On the other hand, we did not encounter any mosquitos. The only NEGATIVE is the person handling the WhatsApp communications. This person was not easy to deal with. In fact she made it difficult for us to schedule Kite boarding lessons at the hotel. We ended up booking at the Margarita Kite School which is a 5 min walk down the beach. I WOULD NOT USE THIS SCHOOL. Instead, book at the school located at the hotel. He is cheaper, more experienced than most of the instructors at Margarita. ( Margarita brings in people from all over to work there and not just locals. So you will not know who you are getting. My "instructor" was really bad. This feeling was shared by others who used him). And on top of that, Jeevan, the instructor at the school at the hotel , will fill in at the margarita when they need extra help. Amazing location, amazing service, amazing views!! The owners were incredible catering to everyone in the resort. The food was fantastic. We did a kite surfing lesson with Jeevan and it was life changing. I’m going to come to Arasi again in december to continue my kite surfing lessons on the private beach and to see the lovely owners, Luke and Jenna, who were super helpful, super nice, and extremely fun.

Arasi is a hidden gem, me and my girlfriend enjoyed our stay there, great service, the staff made us feel like cherished guests, they used to help us with trip and recommend where we shoule go and places to visit ,their food. omg it was amazing, especially the breakfast. We are coming back again . Thank you arasi for the wonderful experience

Amazing for familes and friends. Very nice nature all around. My son loved the swimming pool and swimming in the sea. The private beach is perfect for collecting shells which my son loved as well. I went kayaking for some fun and took a kite surfing lesson from their kite club. The instructor jeevan is so helpful and patient. It was fun and an all around amazing experience.

This resort was a perfect combination of relaxing getaway, exceptional service, serene private beach, mesmerizing view & delicious food! The private cabanas were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options and chef was very accommodating to our requests of special dietary requirements! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. We extended our trip by extra 2 days to enjoy all water sport activities offered. Will definitely visit again.

My experience was great, the views from our room are great. The perfect place to kitesurf and relax. The chef's food excellent! The village of kalpitiya is not very beautiful, that's why we decided all inclusive.
