Lovely hotel & most staff were great Bit out of the way so can’t really walk to restaurants/shops which is a shame. Food was very samey most days so More eating options would be great, perhaps snack bar opening bit later of an evening option as only other was the al a carte bit food was cooked in Main kitchen & walked over so didn’t seem appealing. No information packs in rooms Reception failed to action a few requests, not sure if they just forgot Downsides were the muddy areas around the sunbeds. Very large groups from outside the hotel were invited in which was too busy & made our holiday bit unbearable & too noisy as came away for a nice relaxing break & meal times was ridiculous ☹️ Would defo recommend Nipun from seelanka travel, arranged all our trips. His team of Rocky, Ryan & Roshan looked after us very well & will use his. Next in Sri Lanka

Had a fabulous time in club Dolphin. Our 2nd visit and not disappointed. The Animation team are a great bunch of guys and galls, professional and great fun. If you go join in with their games and enjoy a dance in the evening it will make their day. Thari and Madu are fantastic dancers and a joy to watch. The waiting staff in the restaurant are all great along with the bar staff, Samira from the pool area looked after us. We had room 126 and would definitely recommend. Our cleaner Desnaka was very attentive and left us flowers and towel art. All in all a great hotel and country.

We plan to visit this beautiful place again because of the friendly staff, this is our 3rd visit. We usually come to the hotel but this time we had a bad experience. specially on arrival The resident manager is having a big conversation with the staff at the front desk. His voice is very loud and it is unpleasant to see the manager behaving rudely to the staff. Also the staff welcomed us very politely as if nothing happened. The manager should learn from them. we like this place. Especially the friendly staff. Unfortunately we miss a lot of people here. We chatted with some the staff and it is really unbelievable that no one likes that resident manager ,they said that lotof staff left from the hotel because of him. i meet him The thing is, I introduced myself and he said hello and looked at on his phone and went to make a call. So I thought there was no point in talking. and I saw him at dinner in the main restaurant. There were many guests around but he didn't talk to anyone. He doesn't know how to behave as a hotelier. And I read some bad reviews about him and I heard that the employees have filed a petition against him. If he has any self-respect in a situation like this, he should resign. the rooms are very clean and tidy food is delicious. staff in resturant nice and frindly. good service,front desk staff also reallyhelpfull,thank you all for great service, and thank you front office manager chandana,for giving the link to write my through , However, we decide that this will be our last visit to the hotel. We spent 4 days at the end of a Private Tour of Sri Lanka on an all inclusive basis. The hotel offers 2 pools, 3 bars, 2 snack bars and 1 main restaurant. (2 al la carte restaurants are available on different days but we did not try.) The main pool was busy with families and the animation team activity (all as expected) and we spent our time at the Cove Pool which has its own bar and snack area. Good service from the pool attendants helping get sunbeds set up and in the sun as well as providing towels. Room (329) was spacious and well equipped with a wide range of English channels on TV including Premier League football and 6 movie channels. No TVs in any public areas with evening entertainment limited (but as expected).
