The room has no trash can, the towels are not clean, there is no mat.
Asked for sugar, it could no longer be given, the reason was because breakfast included sweet tea (I wanted to brew a sachet drink from home, I just needed a little sugar) it had been delivered to the room, (the receptionist was a girl on 23 November morning around 9am).
