"I travelled, along-with my wife, from kolkata to purulia and stayed from 31-12-2024 to 02-01-2025 in mayur hotel. I appreciated truly about the ac standard room. The linen were neat & clean, bathroom was very good, room service food in dinner was very good. Spices and oil used in food were well controlled. Staff behaviour was very good. The hotel is located exactly in the city heart. Room rent charged was very much reasonable. I suggest all couples to accept the services of mayur hotel whenever willing to travel to purulia. Please do not judge the hotel on arbitration. They are really giving all those facilities which are shown in mm t app. Thank you hotel mayur. Thank you mm p app. I will cherish this golden memory through out my life. See you again. Bankim joardar & deblina joardar."

"The resort was at the topmost hill point with an amazing spacious property. We booked a family room which consisted of a double and a single size bed.The room was quite spacious and very neat.Hygience was extremely taken care of and the room had all necessary amenities such as a wardrobe, a small fridge, tv, shoe rack, dressing table, a tea table, chair and a clean washroom. I travelled with a toddler and the staff was extremely welcoming.They provided me all the meals as my guidance for my baby and were also well behaved. The property has a very nice swimming pool with a garden area which they maintained really well as the pool was extremely clean. Lastly, the only area where they can do well is food as I felt the food taste could be better and the complimentary breakfast should have been a little elaborate."

"Allotted rooms are too small in size as per room rent. We have discussed over phone to the owner of the property. Afterwards, we were allotted one 130 sq. Ft room onward s payment of additional rs. 500-. They demanded rs. 1000. 00. Location is not good. It's situated in the locality with a narrow approach road condition. Food and amenities are moderate."

"I had a very disappointing experience staying at PearlTree Hotels & Resorts. We paid close to ₹20,000 expecting a comfortable and pleasant stay, but unfortunately the experience was the complete opposite. The biggest issue was the staff behavior. Instead of being welcoming or helpful, most of the staff members were rude and seemed uninterested in assisting guests. Whenever we asked for basic things like room service or simple information, the response from the staff felt arrogant and dismissive. Hospitality is supposed to make guests feel comfortable, but here it felt like we were bothering them by asking for basic services. Apart from that, the overall hotel experience was also underwhelming. For the price they charge, the rooms and facilities are very average and not well maintained. The entire stay felt overpriced and poorly managed. Honestly, I feel like the ₹20k I spent here was completely wasted. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good hospitality experience."

"One of the best properties I have visited so far. Situated in the lap of nature, amidst of hills and forests, the place is a quiet place to be with family or friends for a couple of days. There are badminton and volleyball courts and a big beautiful lawn to do various activities. The food is good and healthy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The only flip side is that the price of the place is a bit too high."
