We had booked the premium category room for two nights which was 2500 per night at-least a week before arriving. On the day we checked in we came to know that the room we had booked was not reserved for us and allotted to someone else even though we prepaid for it and booked one week in advance. They offered to provide an alternate room. The room they gave us was the worst hotel room we have ever lived in our lives. Absolutely zero hygiene both in room as well as washroom. The tap in washroom was leaking, no geysers and one would feel like puking when in the washroom. Switchboard was broken, bedsheet stinked. Room service was also bad as whatever we requested either didn't came or arrived after repeated requests after an hour. I wouldn't even pay 500 for this room. And the management is so poor that they refused to give any refunds and accept their mistake. Avoid this hotel.
