Hotel Golden Tree

Beware the hotel is not all that as mentioned on here. Its prices are for a good 4 star hotel but its barely a 2 to 3 star hotel. Check out time is 8AM not 12 PM as stated on trip.com Cleanliness is sub standard Breakfast is sufficient Complimentary water bottles There is more to write but I will leave it with that you can get a very good hotel in this price.

I have visited Puri this time with my family after 7 years. I have visited Golden tree. Prior to this I have never Sayed. It was really a great experience here. Specially the warm welcome received from the team. Also I wanted to mention the food quality is excellent.

All facilities are good .......location is very nice......room service is very good...lavece brackfast. Room Are also good....all hotel members behaiver is very friendly .......we are from chhatishgarh state .....we are again planing for JAGANNATH PURI....& Stay in Golden tree

The Golden Tree is a special place to stay. Its well located opposite the sea. However there are many more positives to this hotel. Its staff are friendly, very helpful and thoughtful. The food is delicious. All is well here. I would recommend it for anyone planning to stay in Puri.

Gopabandhu Mishra: One of the best front office executives we have ever met in our life while travelling to various parts of India. Gopabandhu (Gopi) with his ever-smiling face will definitely make you feel at home when you walk into the hotel for the first time. Probably this young hotel management graduate is currently the best asset possessed by Hotel Golden Tree, Puri. Outstanding service: The in-house service of Hotel Golden Tree, Puri can be best described with only one English word – OUTSTANDING. Lovely ambience: With a very large reception area consisting of soft & comfortable sofas and centralized air conditioning system, Hotel Golden Tree, Puri has a spacious lounge where easily 20 guests can wait and sit during check-in and check-out ***** with their luggage. Yes, this hotel still has a fully working hands-free sanitizing system installed right next to the main entrance door. Delicious food: The in-house well decorated, clean and air-conditioned restaurant offers a wide spectrum of delicious food items from across the country both during the complimentary buffet breakfast (worth mentioning that the buffet breakfast has a well thought of cyclic menu for different days of the week) as well as during the other time of the day. The quantity of food per portion in the à la carte menu needs to be increased by at least 30% so as to match up with the high price tag, which, we’re sure the hotel authority will make a note of this point after reading this review. Excellent rooms / amenities: All the rooms in this hotel are equipped with a soft memory foam spring mattress king size bed with four soft foam pillows (you may ask for more which they will readily provide) and two cushions and a soft blanket with white linen cover. Other complimentary guest supplies in the rooms include – a) 2 packaged mineral water bottles & 2 Reverse Osmosis purified water bottles per day. b) electric kettle with enough amount of tea/coffee/sugar/sugar free sachets (more will be provided if needed). c) 2 glass tumblers, 2 cups with a number of wooden stirring sticks. d) a cookie jar which is refilled on a daily basis. e) a box full of face tissues. f) a Godrej safety locker with customizable combination numerical locking system. g) a large LED television with working cable connection. h) a working mini refrigerator. i) a large wardrobe with 4 hangers and a laundry bag (they provide you with same day in-house laundering service). j) intercom and free Wi-Fi facility. k) a scribbling pad with a pencil. l) 3 electrical charging points with 3-pin 16 & 6 ampere socket options. It is one of the life time experience for visiting the one of holy place of lord Jaganath temple at puri and stayed in hotel Golden tree is best hospitality and wonderful comfortable stay with tasty food provided during the stay very excellent and heartfelt warmed stay.

The food was amazing. The hospitality was great. The stay was great. Lot of options in breakfast. Always we will prefer the hotel. Housekeeping and room service is ossum. Varsha and Sanjukta offered excellent service to us. We have preferred the hotel as per basis of review.

Krishna mangoli Munna barsha soshmita in housekeeping are excellent. Gopabandhu Mishra Prasanna Bishwarupa swayam are excellent in reception. They are very prompt and helpful. in everything they help you out. Booking system is also very good. Since last 8 years I am coming here

Excellent experience. Both location and ambiance of the hotel was good.Behaviour of every staff was very polite and they were extremely helpful specially Munna, Ravi, Krishna, Mangalik. Food at the Surfer’s Restaurant was also tasty!!
