It was average in comparasion to the price that i have paid. It was very expensisve for the kind of services they offer. It does not worth it.

I stayed at this property for one night with my family on 8th of oct-24. While the stay was pleasant, it left us with a mixed feeling. The property is at a great location and is well maintained. However, a few things that are advertised (like jet ski, kayaking) aren't available. Food, on balance is good. A few things could feel not as good due to our own taste palette. When asked to fill-out a feedback form at the restaurant, my wife inadvertently mentioned "quality of food could be better" instead of saying "taste of food could be better. We had several follow-ups from the chef and his assistant about this. They were also keen to impress her with variety of options. I tried explaining that instead of taste, she inadvertently mentioned quality. However, they seemed to felt bad to have received such a comment in the feedback form. Pool is quite small for the size of this property. Spa is ok. Masseurs didn't seem well trained. I went for a balinese massage for 90 mins. The masseuse went ahead with deep tissue massage. I tried explaining in hindi and english that i wanted balinese. She kept saying she understood but continued with deep tissue. I gave up and surrendered to her will ) at check-out too, it left a li'l bitter after taste. There were two slips in the key card jacket. One has the wifi login / password info. The other just said 10% discount at spa. It felt like a promotional thing. As i mentioned earlier, i did avail the spa services w/o even thinking about the 10% discount. At check-out when giving back the key card i asked about the 10% discount on spa services. They went back & forth among-st themselves and finally tell me that i had to present that coupon at the time of availing the services. The slip didn't say it was a coupon or any such thing. Anyways, it wasn't a big deal for me that i had to get that discount. Neither it should have been for them when i have already spent so much at the resort, to humor me by extending that discount. That is the difference between an average/ok experience and a pleasant/delightful experience.

Location is good, but you need few guide posts from highway till the property. Food is good but little expensive. Quality of amenities decent, can improve further especially the brand of toiletries, snacks etc. Towel quality is poor and should use better quality room freshers. Many rooms slide door to balcony was not working properly, maintenance needs to be proper for the same. Room furniture quality needs to improve. Few things which were very good - 1. Bed and mattress, 2. Mini bar, 3. Room ac 4. Space, 5. Balcony size and nice relax space, 6. Games room, 7. Best of them all is amazing swimming pool.

Very existing stay from all parameters. Very well laid down. Specifically, the evening at the coffee shop was very unique.

Place was good but not worthy for the price. The price is too high for the eminities they are offering.

Worst service ever, worse than a 3 star hotel. A/c wasn't working. Asked for extra towel was given a wet used towel from previous room which was used in my previous room.

Awesome experience. Beautiful hospitality. Excellent location. Great food experience. Complimentary breakfast was very good, ample food options.

1. Room service was very poor. Ordered red wine on 12/10/24, but didn’t deliver at all. 2. Asked for tv connection, got service on next day around 24 hr later 3. Staffs provided spa have worn rings, bangles which were irritating 4. Within two days of stay, got housekeeping service only once
