Please do not book rooms in this hotel. Had a terrible experience. Booked 4 Deluxe AC double rooms. Had read some previous reviews about the hotel denying to give rooms or AC not working and that is why I reached out to Agoda to get Hotel's contact beforehand to ensure that they reserve the right rooms. Agoda does not have direct contact with the Hotel and they are just connected to Goroomgo managment. So the contact they shared was of Goroomgo customer care. I was assured by the customer care executive that the rooms are reserved and ACs will be working. On reaching the hotel, first of all the receptionist mentioned that they don't have 4 rooms and I would need to accommodate in 3 rooms (one out of them was 4 occupancy). Why would I compromise and take 3 rooms if I had booked 4 separate rooms. It's still acceptable to some extent if travelling with family to provide 3 rooms if they compensate with the difference. But they argued that the cost for 4 occupancy room is same as 2 double occupancy room which is not generally the case. I had different families/guest travelling together but everyone wants their privacy and dedicated washroom. And that is why generally the price of 4 occupancy room is not exact the double of 2 double bed rooms as we don't get the same amenities. This was the first problem that even after promising earlier that the rooms are available the booked rooms were not given. Even out of the 3 rooms, AC was not working in 1 room. My checkin time was 8 am. The receptionist promised to have the AC installed by 11 which is still fine. Took them almost the whole day to get the AC installed and repaired and till then I had to adjust in just 2 rooms. Even then the AC was not repaired and I was asked to adjust for that day mentioning that the next day the AC issue will be fixed. I reached out to Agoda customer service to let them know about the issues and they mentioned that the Hotel will get the issue fixed then itself. It was midnight in India and they were promising that the hotel as mentioned that someone will come to our room and fix the AC then itself. In this sense, Agoda's customer care is useless as well as first of all they do not have direct contact with the hotel and even if I connected them, they do not understand Hotel staff's local language. From their end they always called Goroomgo and they always mentioned that to Agoda the issue is resolved. I have called Agoda 5-6 times spending almost an hour everytime repeating the same issue and at the end they mentioned that they can't do anything, and Hotel is liable to compensate for any services not provided. Hotel receptionist Raj is a fraud as daily he promised that the next day, he will give all rooms with working AC and next day he just denied committing anything and he always kept lying to Agoda that the issue was resolved already. Even in the room they gave as an alternate for the room where AC was not working, the AC was not cooling and it had to be repaired. A
