"Fantastic stay really enjoyed our holiday it's our last day tomorrow and the kids are really upset to be leaving which is always a good sign that they enjoyed it as much as we did. Rooms in the Prestige were spacious with air condinitions and ceiling fans that were extremely welcome after a hot day in the sun. The maids always very friendly and left the room spotlessly clean. If i had to point out a slight negative it would be the entertainment area was very warm due to them leaving the windows and doors open so the air conditioning was pretty much non existent highly recommend bringing handheld fans to take the edge off. Stand out for me was the staff who were all fantastic so friendly and couldnt do enough for the guests special mention to Francis who made our stay extra special. We will definitely be returning and would recommend the Prestige to friends and family."

"Our second visit to this wonderful gem. Set close to the beach and the bus stop round the corner, it's an ideal location. The atmosphere at the Xaloc Playa is always so welcoming and friendly. The staff work tirelessly to ensure our stay is so enjoyable. It is like meeting up with friends again. Delicious food and plenty of it. Rooms cleaned daily. Rooms are also a decent size, with balcony. Plenty of sun loungers around the pool. Singers some evenings after dinner. All very good. Not a big hotel, smaller, friendlier and with a personal touch. Also really good value. We will definitely be returning to this wonderful place which holds a special place in our hearts."

"We went in the middle of July. It was busy, but not as busy when we left. Food was normal, with plenty of choice. Waiters were fine with drinks. Dining rooms were very warm. Food 8/10. Bedrooms: We had a 1-bed apartment. Cleaned daily. Standard hotel housekeeping. A bit dated, but I kind of liked it. Beds comfy. Shower good and hot. Air con not great, but left on all day with doors shut. Our room was above. Very quiet. Pools: All pools good. Saw the pools being cleaned in the morning. Sunbeds were being taken by early risers, or at night, who knows. Always got a space just. Plenty of drinks and ice creams at the snack bar. Slides for kids were great. Activities good. Still got the Insotel song in my head. Entertainment was standard. The animation team did a great job. Michael Jackson was very good. Again, very hot in the entertainment area. Nearby beach and shops. Airport Transfer 30 mins. Been on numerous holidays over the years. We got this holiday at a great price and think we got a lot for our money. It's pitched as a 5*, but definitely around a good 4*. Overall 8/10. We enjoyed it."

"We have just came back from Menorca and had a great stay in this hotel. The rooms are 8/10, spacious and everything was working, however outdated, walls, doors scratched and sound isolation bad. Food and beverage was 9/10, various dishes every night, drinks (self service tap) included for dinner, despite we were on half board. It was great, however could have been some extra step, something special. Animation team and staff was the best 10/10, Mario at the sangria worshop made my day, but all the others deserve the 5* rating. Gym is well equipped, directly next to the pools, 10/10. Pools and the Seth club were also great. Generally everyone was kind amd helpful with me and my 1 year old daughter."
