The hotel is lacking maintenance; the staff all with very good attention, with one exception a lady from the waitress service (Any) in a very bad manner served us in the restaurant, they should instruct her.

Es un muy agradable hotel cuyo esplendor debió ser por los años 90'. Las habitaciones son amplias y comodisimas. Los pasillos están repletos de arte y las vistas son al lago y a los frondosos jardines. La piscina abierta es una de las más grandes del país y tiene un completo bar. El restaurante es muy prolijo y su propuesta es completa y con precios razonables. Me pareció un acierto conocerlo y seguro vamos a volver.

Muy lindo hotel, con actividades para realizar al aire libre en familia. La vista desde la habitación, la limpieza, la amabilidad del personal y la comida del Restaurante son los puntos fuertes. El area para niños pequeños está muy bien. Requiere mantenimiento en el area de juegos para más grandes, varios juegos estaban fuera de servicio. La piscina cerrada es pequeña, se disfruta bien si no hay muchos huéspedes. Fuimos en otoño y deseamos volver en verano para disfrutar la hermosa pisicna exterior!

El hotel es hermoso, instalaciones de primera, ideal para ir en familia o escapada romántica. El restaurante tiene precios razonables y la comida es muy rica. Desayuno delicioso. Internet muy rápido y con buena señal en las habitaciones. La habitación super amplia con algunos detalles a mejorar, pero nada importante. El personal es super atento. Entorno super tranquilo, ideal para pasear.

Extraordinario!!!! Hermoso lugar. Un paraíso! La atención de absolutamente todo el personal es impecable, súper amables y cordiales. 100% recomendable. La piscina y jacuzzi en excelente estado y con una temperatura ideal. El área de niños tiene de todo pensado para el Cuidado y diversión de los pequeños y no tan pequeños. Nos encantó la experiencia. Sin lugar a duda volveremos!!!

Beautiful surroundings and amazing view of the lake.
Beds were comfortable but rooms are outdated and need maintenance.
Need better signage as its not easy to arrive to the hotel at night.
Restaurant staff was always shorthanded.
