Excellent location one block from cathedral Staff were friendly and always smiling. Maricruz was on the front desk and she assisted with booking taxis, always went out of her way to help us She was friendly and helpful she is an asset to the company Breskfast was excellent even on the day the whole town had no power from 6am till 2 pm

Viemos de lua de mel e fomos extremamente bem recebidos pelo enders e magalia! Tivemos até supresa no quarto hehe é cartinha. Amamos demais! O café da manhã é excelente tem opções para pedir para fazer na hora. Eles chamam táxi de confiança deles para andarmos em puno pq aqui não tem uber. Enfim, hotel excelente indico de olhos fechados

Maricruz foi muito atenciosa durante todo o passeio. Fomos muito bem atendidos. Amamos a cidade. Hotel bem localizado próximo à praça das armas. Eners foi muito atencioso, assim como a Magalhães. Voltaremos novamente. Recebemos cortesia ( chocolate), pois estávamos na lua de me.

staff are very friendly and nice. We are group of 12, has to leave early in the morning, we asked for packed breakfast, at the end, they started the breakfast at 5am instead of 6am to accommodate us. My friend didn't feel well, when she arrived to hotel. Staff checked on her several times, provide oxygen, local med to relief her headache

We stayed here for 3 nights. The staff is very helpful. They gave us an extension cord, let us check out late, provided extra heaters for the room. The rooms are clean. The water pressure is good. The water is hot. The breakfast is pleasantly nice. Coffee is good. It is located right next to the main plaza, thus surrounded by great restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel.

I think there are a limited number of hotels to choose from in Puno This hotel was functional but clean and tidy Pros Big room with separate living room Great shower Free mini bar including beer! Cons Bit noisy but city centre is close and crowded with narrow streets Taxis can’t drop off outside No bar or restaurant Breakfast limited but reasonable 6.5/10

Great location and very clean. Best shower so far in Peru. Maricruz very helpful and speaks good English, but all staff very solicitous and kind. Nice breakfast—scrambled eggs, potatoes, cereal, breads, juices. Good coffee! Hot water and tea available all day.

Hotel pulito, caldo, gentilissimo lo staff. Stanze ampie e letto comodi. La colazione ricca e varia. Siamo stati assistiti squisitamente. Consiglio vivamente se dovete soggiornare a Puno essendo anche in centro a due passi dalla piazza centrale
