Hotels Near Shri Ram Mandir, Sitaram Seva mandal in Pune

This review I am writing while I am still staying in this hotel (Room No 522, date - 15th Nov24) The reason for writing this review so hurriedly is because I am currently experiencing the worst ever stay in a 5* property in India (not even considering international stay). It's really surprising how a niche brand like Radisson Blu can givecsuch horrid experience in just 2-3 hours after check-in. Let me put in serialised manner. 1) I had booked a standard room with queen bed and one extra pax one week prior to check-in date. At the time of check-in, I have been given a twin bed room and the person at counter told me that all rooms are sold! Can you imagine such answer from a Radisson Blu after taking my money in advance? 2) The lifts in the hotel needs the key to be swipped every time. Shouldn't I be given 3 keys by default? Well, I wasn't given and so later on I had to go down to reception to get the additional keys. 3) I was not given any details about Wi-Fi. Actually it's still not available with me. 4) In the room there is no instruction set on how to use the intercom. Trying out default keys marked as reception, housekeeping, etc does not work. So again we had to go down to reception to understand the working of intercom. 5) The TV in room was not working. So we had to call housekeeping guy to do the setup in front of us. 6) For the extra bed pillows were not given. We had to call housekeeping again to ask for pillows. 7) Cherry on top was when housekeeping guy informed that ”We give only pillow for extra bed.” If this response surprises you then wait for next sentence - ”We currently don't have additional pillows because all our rooms are booked so it's difficult for us”. The pathetic ever service seen by any 5* brand in hospitality sector. Stay in this hotel at your own risk. And don't forget to bring your pillows, data connection, subscription for OTT platforms, etc.

Room was quiet good ,equipped with every useful amenity . Staff is polite and professional.Housekeeping Team is just a call away .The Only Problem here was the Washroom, that used to accumulate water post a shower ,Housekeeping was always there to help but I believe it’s a design Flaw .Anyways overall ,it was really Good experience

We returned today after a 1 night stay(cation). The experience was pleasant all around...from check in to check out. the room was tastefully done up, with a small 'garden area', with 3 chairs (garden room category). The restaurants (Pyramisa, Salsa) served very good food, with generous portions. The breakfast was nicely laid out as well. The resort itself is a sight for sore eyes. The only caveat that may be relevant, is that the Pyramisa restaurant (which serves evening tea, breakfast) needs to be reached after climbing some stairs. Please check with the front desk in case there are guests with issues in climbing stairs.

On the whole, it's pretty good, and it's not bad. To condemn Ctrip for lying! There is no such thing as entering a hydrophilic room or directly into the pool! !! The pool is small and it is a separate location, there is no room for direct access! !!

So nice Staff, staff is polite, good ambience, good food, i like the services and lobby is very clean and i like the flower arrangement, food of the senses restaurant is up to the mark special mention the staff names santosh,Sandeep, jaydeep from restaurant and Pooja, Pranav, pavan, ajay, pavan. Thank you.......

Good space, clean room.. Basic amenities (only soaps and towels) . It was ok for the price and last minute booking. Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, the food hall was spacious but some funny smell. The thing that makes this a good place to stay is location. Also, staff was helpful and courteous with their time and advice. Food was good spread of North and South Indian cuisine.

A better hotel in India, because it is a business trip, choose a more comfortable hotel. The facilities are complete, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the breakfast is plentiful. Will stay again next time!

Awesome stay but they can work upon their hospitality; breakfast spread was good with lot of options and location was great with many eateries and super Mart around; gym was good; Nice view from the room; would totally recommend.
