Very bad room and washroom. Breakfast was horrible. Not value for money and never visit again. Even will not recommend to anyone

The staff was very courteous and helpful in every situation. They also guided us on how to extend the booking for one more day since a family member was hospitalised at a nearby multi specialty hospital.

My stay been good enough. In my room ac cooling issue full night had to face. Not enough and proper central cooling in the room. Location is good and better if planning to catch train for lonavala besides there is shivaji nagar station for local trains and good location if plan to roam around. I tried break fast and been good enough and there were varieties too. Services were good for guests.

I was disappointed by the staff at the hotel, even after having a confirmation from the hotel regarding the dates they mentioned my booking was cancelled. I clearly told the staff that the dates are modified but no cancellations were made but the receptionist kept mentioning that i cancel-led the booking. Considering i had all the booking details and documents in place instead of being cooperative the receptionist was extremely rude. The rooms were okay with and clean.

I would say its a hotel better to avoid. Least bothered about guests and keen to exploit them monetarily. Staff behaviour and treatment is pathetic. Long story short, it's a hotel of helplessness and they take advantage of your helplessness.

It is a shady place. Their guests harass fellow guests yet the hotel does nothing about it. They didn’t even ask the filthy men to check out. Instead people who were harassed by them had to check out with no refund from the hotel. Their no smoking policy. Guests were drinking, smoking and troubling other guests and the staff did nothing about it. The place was so shady i didnt wait to take pictures, i was feeling unsafe

The location of the hotel is very convenient, being just at the intersection of shivajinagar. The food taste is satisfactory. One of the important things is that the staff members are very courteous and helpful. On the flip side, the hotel needs to improve on the room decor. The room assigned to me had the paint peeling off and had a jaded look about it. The hotel management should look into it as it is slightly putting off.

Worst hotel for this much money no good staff toilet condition very bad uncomfortable sleep mattress cockroaches and toilet door locked
