Courtyard Pullman

Very clean and good size.

The Courtyard was a great place to stay! The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The rooms were clean, tidy, and very comfortable. And the bar and food service folks were great! The food and drinks were unexpectedly yummy. Thank you for a great stay. We will be back!

We stayed this week and had a nice stay. It was close to campus and easy to find. They do not have breakfast included but they have a Starbucks style restaurant in the lobby that was pretty good. The gals working there felt like they could have used more helpers since folks tend to all arrive at once, but overall, it went well. Front desk staff was nice and the room was very clean and comfortable.

Tim, the General Manager, went above the call to help us adjust our reservation during a very busy weekend in Pullman, WA. Tim probably considers his actions as commonplace and routine for the role he us in as GM/leader of the hotel, but in our eyes he went above and beyond to support our required changes in the stay. Our family wants to thank Tim and are sharing our gratitude with hopes that he is recognized by his leadership and Marriott overall. Big Thank you, Tim

My husband and I visited our grandson the weekend before he returned to WSU. The hotel staff, especially Stephanie and Moley, were attentive to our needs and very helpful. Because of the AQI due to wildfires, we changed our plans smoothly. The hotel is very nice. Our room exceeded expectations, except for the Bistro which we had hoped would be open at night and which did not offer as full a selection as we have experienced elsewhere.

This is a modern, well designed, and well-run hotel. They have an airport shuttle, which is very convenient. The public spaces have lots of seating, both semi private and communal, with plenty of power outlets. All of the staff are helpful and friendly. Special shout-out to Dan, who ran the catered food for our meals at the business meetings. He was fantastic. I tried to tip him but he wouldn't accept it due to company policy. All of the rooms are super clean and quiet. There were several groups of teenagers here for a sports tournament in town, but you never heard a peep out of them. Kudos to the hotel as well as the chaperones of those teams. Would definitely stay here again (if I ever find myself in Pullman).

We had a fantastic experience at this Courtyard by Marriott. The staff is very friendly, beginning with a courtesy shuttle ride from the airport. Check-in was quick and easy. Our room was immaculate. What else could you want? Well I have more! The location is perfect if you’re visiting WSU- you literally step outside the doors, turn right and are on campus. There is a Starbucks/restaurant in the lobby. Caffeine fix with some avocado toast before you head out! At night we had dinner here: I opted for the grilled cheese with a Ceasar salad on the side. The bartender was very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location. And a shout out to the sweetest woman working here: Christina! Thanks for making our stay great.

This hotel is affordable, clean and comfortable. I found my room to be “top notch “. The staff is extremely helpful and caring. I also found this location to be extremely comfortable. Their Breakfast was excellent and had a great selection.. I will be back
