When I arrived to check-in there was no one at the front desk. I waited about 7-8 minutes and then called the front desk to see if the clerk had the phone with them. The desk clerk answered and returned to the desk to check me in. The room was clean but the maintenance needed as the evening wore on were ridiculous. I had planned on reporting them to the morning clerk, but when I arrived again at the desk it was the same night clerk R Patel. He looked like he had just got out of bed and did not want to talk…never asked if I enjoyed my stay. He did not look like he was in the mood for problems so I just left. Issues: Room smelled musty, ran the AC and it cleared it up Tub faucet and handle were loose and the handle came off Bathroom sink faucet was not secured to the sink/countertop Shower curtain had mold stains Bathroom door damaged Entry door damaged Extreme road/street noise Window style AC very noisy Bed was OK Water pressure and hot water was good I would not stay at this property again.

They are so rude they will never offer to clean your room I’ve been here 2 weeks and not once had room service came by an provided clean towels an toiletries nor will they change the bed sheets I literally have to walk up there every couple of days to get it done then on top of that when I ask for it it’s 2 hours plus before it gets done and they wrongly chargered my card 2 times an tried to say they didn’t once for 200 an another for 20 an if it was not for me getting ahold of the main person who owns the hotel I would of never gotten my money back because if the Indians was not going too but overall I would never stay here again in my life an you would figure after 2 weeks of staying an paying on time they would give you a deal but nope they try to charger me to the fullest

This was a very nice place to stay and a NCSE (Nice-Clean-Safe-Economical) motel. We were on the last day of our trip and were passing through that area...glad we did because every aspect of this stay was a good experience! I want to extend a very special thanks to Rabbi for being so nice during the check-in process and for Timmy for being so nice and helpful at checkout. We felt like we got a great value from both a service and price standpoint. I would definitely enjoy staying there again if/when in the area and would recommend it to friends and relatives. Best wishes to the owner/management/staff for the future and thanks again for a great experience!

Hotel room was disgusting! Sheets and bedding had stains and was wrinkly and looked like it had not been washed. Night stand had crumbs and coffee spilt on it. Walls had stains and stuff caked on them. Breakfast was bare minimum but i didn’t eat because was disgusted my room. Disgusting hotel.

The breakfast was poor. We got there at 7 am. There were no eggs remaining. A few slices of bacon, couple biscuits left and a little gravy. I asked if there was going to be more eggs. They said no, that’s it for the day. Attitude of person behind desk was like he did not care and did not want to be bothered. He was in back room. I called out if anyone one there. He stuck his head around corner to answer my question and then disappeared again. Their cable tv was not working. Because I booked thru 3rd part, they said they could not give a discount. Room was clean but the chairs were horribly uncomfortable Size was small. Definitely not up to the standard of the other Quality Inns we have stayed at. Would not recommend it

The place was a dump at best . Filthy room hair on the mattress ,door lock was broke , no cable so watching tv was out . The room and especially the mattress smelled like cigarettes. I moved a table found a nickel and where the maid had swept the dirt into the corner .. The bottom molding was painted white but all you could see on it was filth .. There were holes in the walls and different colors of paint where they had taken pictures from the walls .. The rack that holds towels was falling from the wall .. There were several people that looked to be living on the bottom level .. One of them had a Christmas tree up for all to enjoy in May .. And while attempting to take a shower the water handle fell off ..

On our way home from vacation we needed a place to stop and rest for the night, we arrive and the lady at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. But After entering the room I realized I had made a mistake. The room smelled of mildew, floors were dirty, toilet seat had what looked like fingernail polish, faucet in the shower was loose, someone else’s hair was on the shower wall, the blanket had what looked like a foot print. We leave to go eat after our shower at a restaurant next door, as we return 30/45 minutes later there is a strange person sitting in a vehicle outside of our room, we ignored it and went on in. After going to bed there was what sounded like arguing outside. After leaving the next morning police were surrounding the room next to where we were staying. Not sure what was going on and didn’t stay to find out. If you have small children PLEASE don’t stay here.
