Nous avons été accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse la chambre était magnifique, tres grande, bien décorée et la salle d’eau luxueuse. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et copieux. Le moulin est magnifiquement restauré Nous recommandons sans réserve Ingo est un hôte attentionné.

Un gîte à l’extérieur du village mais incroyable lieu où l accueil de Ingo nous a enthousiasmé. Un ancien moulin au bord d une petite rivière rénové avec beaucoup de goût. Les chambres sont spacieuses et le dîner à été somptueux. Une adresse à découvrir pour son exotisme

After a long hot day hiking on the beautiful Chemin Cathare, Ingo's welcome at the Moulin entre les Roches was attentive and considerate. We particularly enjoyed talking to him about the origns and results of his perfect B&B project. The room was extremely comfortable and full of consideration for the needs of his hosts. The evening meal was delicious and beautifully presented. Not to mention breakfast was the ideal start of the day for hikers. But most of all, the creative and peaceful atmosphere of the place along with the kindness and fun of its owner made this stop-over most memorable. Thank you Ingo. Andréa and Marc

Superbe endroit : insolite et magique ! La chambre était tout simplement magnifique à la fois épurée et très chic . La literie parfaite ! Quant à notre hôte, il a été très accueillant et plein d’humour ! On s’est régalé et le lieu, un vieux moulin retapé très classe tout en gardant les matériaux nobles et beaux, vaut le détour !

We received a warm welcome after a cold and rainy day on the Cathar Way. The room was warm and comfortable, there was fruit and other snacks available and we were offered a welcome drink. The table d'hôte was very tastful and it was nice chatting to other guests. The breakfast in the morning was huge and we could make our own packed lunch for the days hike.

Absolutely outstanding! Ingo made us feel so welcome in this charming Chambre D’Hote which is just outside Puivert. We were treated to a much needed cold drink upon our arrival after a hot day’s cycling. Having been shown to our very comfortable and well equipped room we then feasted on Ingo’s superb cuisine. Breakfast once again was both delicious and generous. Ingo also gave us the opportunity to have our cycling clothes washed - what a fantastic service! I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Thank you and we’ll done Ingo!

Tout est parfait au moulin, accueil, chambres spacieuses et superbement décorées, repas excellents, vélos fournis, tennis de table, billard, et autres distractions. Cerise sur le gâteau pour les randonneurs, Ingo nettoie et sèche votre linge tout en mettant vos chaussures humides au chaud. Quand à Ingo, il est toujours à l'écoute et cherchera à vous faire plaisir..
