Next, when reviewing the payment method that appeared in the real account paid for our room at the hotel, the payment was made with two operations, an amount of 170 thousand pesos with a TC that by the way was neither mine nor ours and the 25 thousand remaining with a debit card that was not ours either. In that operation, the fraud was revealed. The receptionist, and certainly he, charges us $220,000.- with a card charging machine other than that of the Hotel and then the day the real account of the Hotel is paid $25,000.- less with cards with security from him or another person who participates in that fraud. At a good time I realized the situation and after having to waste almost an hour of our time where I should have DEMANDED the return of the defrauded value, the amount I indicated was finally returned to us.
