Very good hotel, without luxuries. If you are looking for a good room with the comforts of space, a good bed and bathroom, it is the right option. Good location next to the lake and a quiet place, somewhat far from the center, but within walking distance. They must improve the breakfast.

Positive Good wifi Correct breakfast 20% off at Cambalache restaurant. It is part of the same property. Comfortable room Negative -They did not have a plug adapter available -The bathroom got the toilet area wet when you bathed. So after using the shower you couldn't use the toilet without getting wet - Distance from the center, approximately 2.2 to 2.5 km

The hotel is well located, close to several restaurants and bars and about a 20-minute walk to the center. The room (I stayed on the first floor) is very good, it just doesn't have air conditioning. The breakfast is excellent, with a lot of variety. And guests have a discount at the restaurant next door, which is very good and the price is great because of this.

Beautiful, cozy, beautiful and impeccable rooms. Highly recommended. Large and modern bathrooms, with appliances for the elderly who require them. Super well attended. Staff very concerned about serving passengers very well. It has a Restaurant in the front, called Cambalache, with meat and fish, all exquisite. You have a 20% discount on the entire Restaurant, because you are a passenger of the Hotel. You have the beach across the street. The breakfasts are fantastic!!

Wonderful place, their breakfast is very delicious, their associated restaurant is Perfect, their flavors are incredible. The bed is spectacular, very comfortable, the bathroom is comfortable, the only thing I would comment unfavorably on is the acoustics of the place. The staff is extremely nice. Bad opinion as a result of the fraud carried out by the receptionist on Saturday 07/08/2023 at the time of check-in. He "offered" us a better up grade option, which was just a lie and he proceeded to cancel our booking reservation where after blah blah blah, he told us that the "preferential" rate was $220,000.- for the 3 nights. I proceeded to oagar via TC and until then everything was fine... he was very kind and like a good scammer. On the third day, when I checked out, the receptionist at that time asked me if I needed a ticket or invoice. I pointed out that just a ticket was enough for me and that's when my surprise began and after reviewing it, the fraud became evident. The bill and actual value received for the 3 nights was for $195,000.- contrary to the charge of the $220,000 that had been made to me in a payment/card collection machine that was obviously not charged by the hotel, but for a different social reason. which was naturally where the scam was generated. Next, when reviewing the payment method that appeared in the real account paid for our room at the hotel, the payment was made with two operations, an amount of 170 thousand pesos with a TC that by the way was neither mine nor ours and the 25 thousand remaining with a debit card that was not ours either. In that operation, the fraud was revealed. The receptionist, and certainly he, charges us $220,000.- with a card charging machine other than that of the Hotel and then the day the real account of the Hotel is paid $25,000.- less with cards with security from him or another person who participates in that fraud. At a good time I realized the situation and after having to waste almost an hour of our time where I should have DEMANDED the return of the defrauded value, the amount I indicated was finally returned to us. What happens internally will be the result of that Hotel, which by the way leaves a terrible experience and certainly a lack of care and control over the collection of accounts from passengers.... How many more have they done it to???? ? TO NEVER RETURN AGAIN AND ALERT THOSE WHO DECIDE OR THINKING TO STAY IN THAT HOTEL
