The good comments should be given to the parking lot staff, who are very responsible. The hotel lobby is also very nice.
The disadvantage is the accommodation arrangement at the front desk. We stayed in the twin room with the worst view.

Nice hotel inside, good size room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, excellent buffet breakfast, friendly staff, has a great heated pool, location very close to the center and the coast. To improve, renew the TV, not close room service so early, excessive price of massages, put the jacuzzis into operation and improve the exterior appearance of the hotel. But overall we really liked the hotel.

Fue horrible desde el principio!! Llegamos hacer el check-in a las 16hrs y la habitación no estaba lista quedaron en avisarnos mientras íbamos a dar una vuelta a la costanera para hacer la hora y nunca llamaron!! Llamamos a recepción y nadie contestó! tuvimos que volver por nuestra cuenta al hotel a las 7 de la tarde,en la habitación que nos entregaron había un pañal de guagua al lado de la cama usado! el jacuzzi estaba heladisimo y no había nadie para mantenerlo.... Para finalizar no nos pudimos bañar en la mañana ya que afuera habían maestros en el techo del frente y daba justo la vista hacia la ventana del baño CLARAMENTE JAMÁS VOLVERE A ESTE LUGAR CARO Y FOME NO VALE LA PENA

El personal es muy atento. Tienen muy buen servicio de alimentación (desayuno, almuerzo y comida). Muchos huéspedes tuvimos problemas con las tarjetas-llave de la habitación. Buena aislación acústica (paredes) salvo en los pasillos.

Los servicios del hotel no se corresponden con la apariencia física ni con el valor pagado por la habitación y el desayuno, en particular, el servicio de comida. Nos sirvieron en la terraza una pizza que estaba cruda y de mal sabor. Las malas condiciones de los muebles en la terraza coincidieron con la falta de atención prestada a la preparación de la comida. Si bien la mayoría del personal fue educado y atento a nuestras solicitudes, la actitud rígida de la dirección del hotel impidió una mayor eficiencia y satisfacción del cliente. ¡No vamos a volver!

He visitado varios Enjoy y este en particular está ubicado en lo que era el antiguo hotel Puerto Varas. Con excelentes dependencias, ubicación y entorno. Lo más rescatable el servicio de sus trabajadores en el desayuno, restaurant, etc, en general el personal muy amable y dispuesto a tratar de solucionar dentro de sus capacidades los inconvenientes, pero en algunos casos la intención no es suficiente. Muy en deuda la mantención de las dependencias, si bien se ve todo ordenado y limpio al ser un hotel viejo necesita inversión en mantención, para no tener los problemas que tuvimos en nuestra estadía, un día sin agua caliente y una de las habitaciones muy calurosa sin poder regular temperatura.
