The Westin Resort & Spa, Puerto Vallarta

I have stayed at a lot of hotels in PV, Westin is TOP OF THE LINE!! Friendly staff you won’t regret it. Look no further !

Beautiful resort right on the beach. The food was excellent, drinks were great with moderate prices. The staff were amazing as well. All in all a great time- we’ll definitely be back!

Not like it used to be. Rude pushy employees. One day room not cleaning and requested it to be cleaned, and they said "will send someone up" no one ever came. Please note they send the same canned reply to every complaint, it is clear they have no interest in fixing anything, as they say the same excuse every time. Don't take my word, read them and see!

I would definitely rate this resort one of the best experience that I have had the customer service from front desk throughout the resort was absolutely amazing. my family and I will definitely will revisit the resort again. I am so appreciative to everyone who celebrated my birthday each day I mean, I got a cake from every restaurant that I visit Breakfast Included I definitely have to mention a few names that really stood out and made my birthday trip. I can agree with all the recent negative reviews. I live in a city that has loud noise, regularly, and the noise from the construction at this hotel is incomparable. It is so loud and shakes the entire property. Food and drink are incredibly expensive and not good nor is the service good. Don’t order a glass of water, it comes with a hefty charge. The pricing is similar to the LA Airport and the food is lacking and there aren’t authentic options. We paid a cash tip and tipped very well, and they added tip on most of our services despite it not being authorized. There is no verification when they charge stuff to the room and we end up with a lot of charges that aren’t ours and the hotel is unresponsive to dispute it. Cannot recommend it. It is so expensive and has nothing to offer. Neighboring properties are higher quality and all-inclusive. Do not get fooled by the “Inclusive.” It does have things available, but it is not ALL inclusive. We checked out early, it was a terrible experience.

We had a shocking experience when the ceiling of our room collapsed in front of us and nearly striking me. It was a horrible experience, we felt like the whole building was going to collapsed. The manager from the Hotel Mr. Ruben Escalante only honored us 70,000 points and I definitely think we deserve more. My daughter had a severe panic attack due to this incident.
