IG Nachosol Atlantic & Yaizasol by Servatur - Adults Only

Went here last year and it was honestly one of the best places we ever stayed in. We love Puerto Rico and to get an apartment of this quality for the prices they charge is just insane. Last year the peace and quiet was amazing and I think that the clients who visit this hotel understand the etiquette of it. This year however it was different. There were a lot of “chavs” abd I don’t mean that in a disrespectful way, it’s just that when you get a 4 star quality apartment for such a low price you’ll inevitably get people who really shouldn’t be staying there. They’d normally be in the bablu but the opportunity to stay in such a fantastic apartment for not much more you can understand it. People taking calls on loud speaker from the UK finding out aunty Norma has got crabs or calling home to see how little Johnny has just come off nappies at the age of 3 is all well and good but it seemed like it had to be taken on loud speaker not to me too the viz comic friends who decided to put their loud speaker on in the roof terrace when you can hear a pin drop up there.what we aloud noticed is that there are so many smokers there, literally everyone smoking and couching their guts up, it’s disgusting I guess it boils down to peoples lack of self awareness and respect for fellow holiday makers. It was just a bad week I guess but as far as the apartments go you can’t fault them and in all honesty the prices are too cheap. One criticism from last year is the pool/snack bar. Last year there was definitely a more of a hub for people to congregate, happy hour etc. this year it seemed cordoned off. No camaraderie at all, no focal point. It’s just my opinion. One last issue for us is that we get an early flight so we are at the hotel at 11am and totally understand that we can’t check in early but after prior warning it would be great to have the option to get in the room earlier rather than the standard 3pm check in. It doesn’t detract from the fact that we will be back again no doubt. The apartment are fantastic, possibly the best in Puerto Rico.

This place is a absolute must,we stayed at the nachosol Atlantic Hotel from arrival the reception was so welcoming we had all the information we needed the door code ,keys to our rooms,the WiFi which was very good,the safe which is free.The room was so spacious ,beds are very comfortable and pillows so clean we had a lovely sized balcony, the bathroom was also very modern jack and Jill basins. The maid came 5 days out of 7. Therefore is about a slow 8 minute walk down hill some lovely places to eat and drink the prices are excellent, there is also taxi service from reception who always called for us they literally arrived in minutes. There is also another centre at the top which has amazing bars ,karaoke, to singers bars show all the sports ,fantastic takeaways,taxi up was around 5 euros. The only downside if you can call.it that the sun doesn't come around to these apartments till 12/1pm but this wasn't a problem as the beach is literally 10 midtown some steps which is manageable not if you have mobility issues but the taxi are so cheap. Would definitely stay here again.

We are not really ones to write reviews but this hotel and ALL the staff here certainly deserve one! We are on our last day here and what a fantastic week away we’ve had. I cannot fault a single thing about this hotel. The rooms are lovely and kept superbly clean at all times so big thank you to the cleaners. The pool is gorgeous and as I’m sat here the life guard is cleaning all the sun loungers. He keeps the pool area spotless at all time so huge thanks go to him too! The breakfast is great, you couldn’t ask for anything more. Bacon, sausages, eggs, beans, hash browns through to cereals, cold meats and cheese. Coffee and juice great too. The lovely ladies in the restaurant are very attentive and always there with a smile. Big thanks to them too. The only thing you need to be aware of is the steps…they are a killer. All 176 of them. They are fine going down but coming up is not for the faint hearted. However, you can get a cab back from town easily enough which costs around 4 euros. The hotel is central to both the beach which has some lovely restaurants and the commercial centre in the other direction which is full of shops, bars and restaurants. If you are considering this hotel then my advice would be, just book it!!!

We have just returned from a 4nt stay here , we where placed in one of the ground floor rooms, these can be a bit dark in the daytime as the only access is through the patio doors , there is no front entrance . The room was spacious but very annoying when you open the patio door the furniture is sticking out so obstructs access slightly . Whlist there where sunbeds available at this time of year , the hotel was only 50% full , busy times I doubt there is enough for everyone .. Good points : Friendly staff , on reception and lady at breakfast. Near to beach ( but steps down ) Good views from top terrace . Bad points to why we have rated it as a 3 star hotel : Towels in the room are past there best , we where given ripped towels and took them back to reception to be told , no more clean ones left to replace them . ( see pic ) Breakfast , one morning wasn't busy , the limited sausages, hash browns and beans where refilled with cold and not cooked items as a rush to re-fill , NOT to 4 star standard !... We have been to many hotels on the island and sorry wouldn't return to this one ..

Just got back from 7 days in this fantastic hotel, we stayed bed and breakfast and it was well worth it, the choice is limited but well cooked and always fresh. The pool and sun terrace are great small but enough sunbeds for all. The staff are very kind and friendly but a special mention for Fran he was amazing very friendly very professional and personal made us feel like we where the only people staying their he is a massive asset to the hotel. Thank you for angreat time we will.be back. Pros, Clean, quite more like small boutique hotel exceptional service. Cons, to be honest it's not a con as 85% of the hotles are up hill, but be aware if you have mobility issues mind te taxis asr so cheap.

Great staff, lovely food and reasonable prices. Second year here and still here. Can't fault the hotel, the staff or the guests everyone very pleasant. Weather has been fab and already considering a further trip next year. Rooms cleaned 5 days out of 7. A great we store of books to read and share. As I said second stay amd no faults to be had

Nice hotel. Clean,rooms nice size. Cleaning team did a good job. Friendly staff on reception. Stairs to beach daunting at first. All 177 of them, But at end of two weeks felt like I was a lot fitter.... We didn't use restaurant or bar so can't comment. Only negative yes the towels in room are a bit tatty.. but always clean. And the roof terrace bar wasn't open. Understand that it will be open, later in season.
