Servatur Terrazamar Sun Suite

We booked this hotel as we needed an extra night before checking into our main holiday. Pleasantly surprised at how lovely this place was. We had a pool level room with a huge terrace, very clean, well maintained. The only downside was only the bedroom had air conditioning and as we used the sofa bed (very comfortable) as well it was a really hot night! Excellent y friendly service and the buffet breakfast was lovely. But a long walk and multiple lifts … but wow the view from up top was incredble. We would definitely stay here again

We had never been to the Canaries before and were desperate for some sun for our wedding anniversary. Puerto Richo feels like its 2 resorts one end caters for the masses and the newer end of town is more refined and relaxed. We found the sun suites Royal a very clean hotel indeed, the balcony suites were spacious with huge private balconies. The air con was very necessary and welcome, the room felt quiet and well maintained by the cleaning ladies. The breakfast was ok, nothing mind-blowing and the poolside bar/restaurant was good. One thing you do notice is the amount of lifts or stairs that you have to take to get from the town level up to your room. Beach looked ok but a better one is 1km along the coastal footpath. Overall we liked the hotel very much.

Stayed here a few times now and it’s still lovely. Staff are nice and helpful. Rooms are lovely and the balcony is a great size. You can roll out of bed and stay there all day if you like. There is a little TLC needed. Bathroom and kitchens are a bit dated and need ‘refreshing’ with fresh paint and tile care. But otherwise it’s lovely and will definitely stay here again.

I can’t recommend the Terrazamar and Sunsuites enough 🥰 we arrived on the 19th September for 10 nights and left on Sunday 29th September, we weren’t being picked up until 6pm so I asked to keep our room until then and it was no problem at all. , I paid 30€ and we had our room until our coach picked us up which was great 😊 we stayed in the Terrazamar room 0604 which was fantastic, on the same level as the pool . The apartments are great, balconies are huge and are the best I have stayed in since coming on holidays to Gran Canaria since 2018. Very clean and all the staff are so friendly and welcoming . I have recommended these apartments to all my friends and family and I cannot wait to come back again next year with my family. I also used the pool at the sun suites and it was fantastic also the bakery for my favourite chicken salad baguettes 🥖 and the selection of savoury foods and cakes is excellent and so cheap. I would highly recommend Terazamar and Sunsuites and would like to thank all the staff who made this such a wonderful holiday for me .❤️

Amazing stay at the Terrezama apartments, we were on the second floor at the end ( sea view better from 6th floor) but we loved our room, very spacious and a huge sun filled balcony ( we had one with tiled floors). Free WiFi, Aircon and safe . Maybe a bit dated but cleaners kept it spotless ( daily apart from Sunday and wed)..The water in the fridge and the bottle of wine a great touch . We'd paid for breakfast to be included, good value for the money, not amazing, but such friendly, helpful staff ... The lifts to get up to it another story ( 2nd to 6th floor...then across the rd to sun suites..then their lift to 0 to 6th floor....then another to 6th to 11th floor ..but we made it ) But it was literally a flight of steps down out the back gate and we were in the middle of everything, fabulous ..huge Spar shop, Commercial Center and Mogan Mall . The pools at the hotel were lovely with no sunbed wars, we used the one on 6th floor, the bar and staff fabulous... food was really good and really good prices..but a special mention to Cynthia's Long Island iced teas ... wow!! There is also a little shop, bakery ( great warm chicken baguette) and bar across the rd in sun suites reception, We were able to Keep our room on €30 on last day as had on late flight another tick for the hotel. Overall a brilliant holiday, the apartments are a little dated and shabby but spotlessly clean, the staff and position are amazing...thank you ☺️

Great holiday here,giant balcony with sun loungers and patio set,clean and spacious rooms with air conditioning, the place itself was well run and well kept the staff were very friendly and the breakfast buffet had a good choice of food.lovely little bar and bakery downstairs next to reception plus a supermarket and close to all shops, bars and restaurants fab stay here they even let us keep our room as we had a late flight,would definitely recommend

Arrived on Monday evening with Jet2 holidays, this is Saturday,. Check in very smooth, always nice to be recognised as a return guest. Told us we’d get wine delivered to room the next day as is usual, still waiting! A bottle of wine isn’t important but why say it and not do it? Paid a bit more for Royal Suites, they are nicely furnished and have very comfortable beds. Disappointed that the pool isn’t open as was looking forward to a peaceful pool. No one from Jet2 advised of this, check in didn’t tell us either, no notices anywhere only found out when we arrived on 5th floor to find the door locked. A couple of days later asked at royal reception if the pool would be open any time soon and the only answer was “No”! As usual the apartment complex is lovely and clean, staff very pleasant and the balconies and position of complex in the resort makes up for a lot. We will be back soon

This place is simply the best, biggest pools ,cafe /bar at pool, tv showing football, all balconies furnished, table ,reclining chairs, sun beds, clothes horse, bakery next to reception, & shop next to bakery, best staff on reception, these apartments are high up , but not a problem, lifts to the ground, location close to shopping centres, restaurants, bars, etc, 10 minute walk to the sea, everything you could ask for, EXCEPT, please stop the smoking in the pool area, you used to have & area by the lifeguards hut to smoke, laying on a sunbed with smoke drifting your way is NOT the best
