Grupotel Revoli

Had a great week here. Room was great and had everything we needed. Very clean and a great balcony. We had room 515. I did email the hotel requesting a higher floor. Pool area does get busy and since people were stood waiting with towels for the pool opening , to grab their loungers then disappear again we didn’t spend a lot of time around the pool. That would be the only issue I had with the hotel . We did eat in the restaurant one night as they do a 3 course menu as we couldn’t be bothered to go out and it was actually really nice. So peaceful and laid back. The snack bar is really nice, great bar food. All the staff are really friendly and very helpful. Hotel is up a little bit of a hill so we always walked down to commercial centre and 4 euro back in a taxi.

We’ve stayed at the Revoli four times now and would definitely return. Staff are the most lovely, friendly and helpful people. Apartments are a good size with ample cooking facilities, cutlery & crockery, pots & pans, table & chairs, bed settee, TV, aircon, separate double bedroom. Large balconies with table and chairs. Convenient walk for beach, shops, restaurants and bars.

Amazing, clean, really friendly staff, the male life guard was amazing with children even help them learn to swim, entertainment guy around pool Was so friendly. Only negative if I was ask what to change his to add aircon to bedroom as it was so hot at night

This is a relaxed comfy hotel with great staff and facilities I would recommend it to anyone . The staff are attentive and helpful . The hotel is spotless from top to bottom. The location is perfect for all the things you want to do in puerto rico.

We have just returned from our 6th visit to the Revoli as a family 26 September to 3 October Prior to arriving I had emailed requesting if possible a room on either the 3rd or 4th floor with a nice seaview. On arrival we were allocated room 423 - with amazing views. Room as always was spotless with bedding changed mid week and the room cleaned each day apart from Sunday and Tuesday. Thank you so much for another wonderful holiday. Looking forward to another return visit April / May

Very nice hotel and good rooms (627) - everything is very clean and the staff are super nice. Facilities are good and not too crowded. Ill come back anyday. The staff in the reception are both helpfull and has a good sense of humour Oh, and good breakfast as well :-)

Just back from a week staying at the Revoli. Great spacious apartments, with large balconies. Well equipped for self catering, and cleaned everyday apart from Sundays. Good pool area, and baby pool with plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. Pool table, table tennis, basketball hoop and game room for kids. Bar and snack bar and restaurant. Supermarket on site, but also Dino’s out of reception to the left, not far. Great week away and would recommend.

Great sized apartments with everything you need. Contemporary furnishings and decor - think IKEA. Very clean and serviced every day except the Sunday. Patio doors from living area and bedroom so really good sized balcony. AC included at no extra cost. Safe deposit box with a 20€ deposit. 2 happy hours each day. Entertainment 3 nights when we were there- fairly decent. Pool snack bar - not restaurant quality but all freshly cooked, tasty and good value. Staff were fabulous - friendly helpful. Good sized pool with lots sunbeds - although if you go after 12 limited beds available so not sure what it's like peak summer. No towels at dawn as pool doesn't open till 9am. In practice it means towels at 9 am! Hotel has rule that if towels left for 30 mins they will be removed by life guard - never saw this enforced. Ramp to pool which is great for anyone with mobility problems BUT constantly used by very young children and their parents as a place of shallow water for them to play in or as a slide - there is a children's pool so they could use this. Certain room balconies have comfortable sun loungers- I was advised these were reserved for TUI guests from non UK countries. Overall despite the slight negatives mentioned I would return as minimal impact on our stay - we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would definitely return. REVOLI MANAGEMENT - if you're going to have a rule about sunbeds then enforce it. Get some signage up about use of pool ramp as my daughter was constantly having to ask people you move to allow her easy access. Life guard needs to keep it clear. And come on us Brits spend our cash with you - let everyone have comfy sunloungers on the balcony

Peuto Rico is a beautiful place. Quite hilly but we managed . We absolutely loved the Revoli!! Spotlessly clean, rooms cleaned every day. We did B&B, food was lovely with a good choice. Pool area was lovely, plenty sunbeds. The staff were so friendly and just couldn't do enough for you. We would definitely recommend the Revoli and will be going back again ❤️
