If you are looking for a place in Puerta Princessa to kick back and break up the journey to El Nido. or Manila then you cant go much better than here. Service can be a llittle slow, but this is Palawan and the Phlippines. Rooms here are decent with the swimming pool making the difference.
I have stayed here on off for over 5 years and will continue to do so should they keep up the fine form.

We stayed at this hotel in April 2024. for 2 days. The hotel has a swimming pool where you can swim after a long day of sightseeing, although the water in this pool is too warm in my opinion. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful, they helped us with organizing excursions, as well as transfers to El Nido at reasonable prices. In general, everything in the rooms is old, both furniture and plumbing. For a couple of days this is quite acceptable.

We had an amazing stay at Blue Lagoon Inn & Suites. The hotel is located in the heart of Puerto Princesa.
The place is beautiful and calm, the staff is nice and friendly. Also, the location is great, less than 5 minutes away from the main road with all the restaurants and shops.
The best highlight was the swimming pool. We really enjoyed it!

Basic but convenient bed was comfortable enough. 24 hr security on the front gate.
