Family-friendly Hotels in Puerto Plata

They need to be more precise on the type of room. We had to pay 100 dollars more per person per night, supposedly because it was for the international market, which we did not like at all. Since we went out of budget

Everything was fine in the facilities, the problem was the penalty they charged me for being Dominican. You should charge everything for the same reservation and not have the awkward moment at check-in time.

I did not stay at the hotel with you I have to pay again because trip. Com lied to me when I was there at the hotel they did not keep my reservation like they told me I book for two adults and kids stay free laying to me because it wasn’t like that. All I want now is my refund back and the money that I had to pay for my son all because trip. Com lied to me That’s not fair I want my money back

Excellent preparation. The staff was very kind, friendly, helpful, the varieties of food were very nice and excellent, everything was very nice, the restaurant was very clean, the rooms were very clean, the entire pool, the warm water was the best for me.

The hotel is quite new, but everything in the buffet is too salty except for desserts and salads. Can't it be lighter for guests to adjust?

Good food Hotel should restore it is time already noted in the rooms that thirnen that renovation it is already many years is not the first time that it is visited since 2002

There are two areas, old and new. The new building is OK. The old one does not work at all. The food is in the Dominican hotel. Ordinary. There is no special place. The scenery is not bad. It is close to the cruise terminal.
