The quilt is not clean and the hygiene is not clean. The environment is okay, the room can see the sea, and the hotel is in a good location. El hotel muy lindo, bonitas vistas desde las habitaciones, el personal amable, la pieza cómoda y con buena temperatura . Desayuno completo y con buenos productos, hay agua disponible a toda hora para tomarse un té o un café. De las pocas opciones en Puerto Natales con 3 camas en una habitación.

Inséré dans la colline face a la mer a l'écart des bruits du monde,un bijou qui chose surprenante vu sa modernité architectural a été imaginé il y a 20 ans. Chambre spacieuse et confortable avec personnel aux petits soins. Le petit plus pour moi une réceptionniste française.

El Hotel Altiplánico de Puerto Natales otorga la calidez,la infraestructura tiene un marcado diseño industrial ( y el exterior con la novedad de camuflase con el paisaje). Todo el personal es muy amable, dispuesto siempre a colaborar con los requerimientos,la tinaja al aire libre le entrega un sello al lugar , lo único que agregaría serian batas y un vestidor cerrado . Sin lugar a dudas lo mas destacable son hermosas vistas desde distintas panorámicas y el restaurante con excelentes platos.

We enjoyed 2 nights at Altiplanico prior to our trip to Torres del Paine. The room was great, including a view of the sound, with heated bathroom floors and towel rack. Restaurant food was excellent, both for breakfast and dinner. A short but scenic walk to downtown Puerto Natales along the water. Highly recommended!

I loved the feel and the look of Altiplanico. The heat was perfect, the areas spacious and calming. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Dining/bar staff were very personable. A couple of things could have been smoother: our maid service was uneven, and it was inconvenient to have to make a reservation just for dessert. Overall, Altiplanico is lovely and restful.
