The hotel environment is unique, the hygiene is OK, the breakfast is poor, and the dinner is good value for money. The biggest problem is communication. The airport pick-up was agreed, but it was not possible in the end despite repeated confirmation. It was originally said that one airport drop-off could be provided, and it was repeatedly confirmed, but in the end I still had to pay for it myself, and it was more expensive than others... I was very speechless. I don't know if it was a language problem or they were playing dumb... I have to praise Ctrip's customer service here. After listening to my complaint, they immediately stated that Ctrip would compensate for a pick-up.

Great location between Argentine and brasil iguasu falls within 30 mins of Paraguay. Looks nothing from the outside but wow! When you go in it’s an oasis with a traditional building in tropical gardens with a nice pool, Also there is a small nature reserve at this hotel free to clients. Great staff and lovely food, plenty of it as well. Great place to stay if your visiting the falls.

O hotel é extremamente rústico e simples. Tem uma estrutura grande e boa, mas precisaria de uma manutenção mais apurada e um retoque de bom gosto. Muitas coisas já apresentam o sinal dos tempos, reclamando uma substituição e modernização. O café da manhã é igualmente simples, mas tem um bom atendimento.

Room 23 had two double beds with adequate closet. The room was huge and very spacious. Good bathroom, except the faucets needed fixing. The room comes with one large bottle of water. About two blocks away up the hill is a grocery with bottled water and other drinks. The room’s mini refrigerator is available for guest use; it contains a few drinks for a small fee. This hotel also caters to groups. The very attractive dining room serves all three meals. Pay with credit card in ARS or 21% VAT. The Rio Uruguay bus stops basically across the road and for 1100 Argentine Pesos will take you into town. The staff is very nice and helpful. It has a resort-type feel. The bicenter (open from 9 am - 6 pm) is included with the room’s price. It is like a small conservation zoo. Among the many aspects—the flowers and plants are wonderful, the butterfly house is super fun, the range of alligator sizes intimidating, and the building with snakes is interesting. Highly recommend El Pueblito; we enjoyed a lovely few days. Alberto and Victor were particularly helpful.

Nice place with rain forest feel. Breakfast adequate, though things needed topping up at times. They promised to forward car keys and Apple EarPods to Buenos Aires, BUT only keys came which were wrapped like an embalmed mummy. When asked about EarPods, they cannot say what happened to them. They sent a pic of both beforehand, where they were left. We did horse riding from the man over the road, you would think he’s only stopping to feed horses. Was great, an hour long, cheap price.

Vine con mi pareja de luna de miel. Se trata de un hotel con gran encanto, en medio de un parque natural y el servicio por parte de los empleados fue excepcional. Además puedes disfrutar de un recorrido observando los animales de la zona. Lo recomiendo sin dudarlo 🔝

Un lugar super tranquilo y relajado, con una ambientación entre rústica, autóctona y colonial pero de muy buen gusto y delicadeza. El lugar se encuentra cerca de la ciudad, sobre la ruta a medio camino de las cataratas y está emplazado en un terreno donde se privilegia el ambiente selvático, lleno de ejemplares nativos. Tiene pasarelas de madera, que recorren el lugar llevándonos hasta las habitaciones, pileta, quincho y los MARAVILLOSOS Mariposario (crían y tienen sueltas una variedad hermosa de ejemplares), cultivo de Orquídeas ( preciosas ) y un mini zoo con algunos reptiles y Caimanes característicos !! Un lugar distinto y muy coherente con el viaje a Cataratas 😍

La habitación es amplia y las camas super cómodas. Todo impecable. La atención del personal es excelente. Mucha naturaleza para disfrutar. Imperdible el mariposario y el vivero de orquídeas. Hay parada de taxis en la esquina, fuimos al lado brasileño con Ramón, muy responsable y confiable.
