Great hotel, new facilities, strong and hot shower, excellent bed linen and towels. Basic and good breakfast. Great value for money.

Very good value for money! Comfortable room, well structured. For the price, everything was very good!

The room is clean and sanitary. The location is relatively remote. The front desk service generally has a delicious breakfast with abundant fruits. The taxis in the lobby feel a bit expensive, and the steps to enter are abstractly designed.

Good service, good standard for 3 stars.

Everything was fine except that I had to check out at 11 o'clock.

What we liked the most: The attention of the staff. The variety of meals in the restaurant on the ground floor and the food in the restaurant - grill on the terrace. The comfort of the beds and the spaciousness of the room and bathroom. It is about 6/7 blocks walking from the bus terminal - to take buses and go on excursions - and from the center/pedestrian area (Feirinha) although some are uphill. It has access for people with reduced mobility. It is a good two star, not three stars as it says. What needs to be improved: The breakfast area is small for the number of passengers and you have to wait for a table at certain times. There is not a great variety of fruits at breakfast; nor options for hot dishes. The coffee is burnt and not tasty. The pool area does not have adequate lighting in the afternoon/night. The lighting of the pool itself did not work. The bathroom in the room lacks details (e.g. glass for toothbrushes), the shower has a bad drain and smells damp, the extractor fan did not work. They leave an electric kettle but there are no cups, cutlery or glasses (only a small disposable one). They tell you that the water is not drinkable but there is no dispenser either. The tourist tax indicated on the page is outdated (they charge $3000 arg per person, whether national or foreign - October 2024). This tax is only charged at the cheek in and in cash, without prior notice on the page. Maintenance is lacking in some common areas for a hotel that is only 6 years old since its inauguration.
