Good location of the hotel just near the white beach. The stuff is also friendly and kind. The next time I return to Puerto Galera, I will stay here again

Hi.the rooms were clean and aesthetic Cally beautiful. Very comfortable and the staff were amazing. The went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel fore anyone visiting Puerto galera we'll be back...

The pictures for quad sharing and even for twin sharing are Fake! The bed is so small you can't even feel comfortable being alone yet, you are meant to share it. The breakfast is horrible. The serving size is good for a kid. And worst you have no choices. What they serve you is your breakfast. WHAT THE HECK? The worst part is, They have noisy staff and you can hear them LOUDLY talking even when you are inside your room. WORD OF ADVICE: Just stay out of this hotel

A great hotel away from the night life of the beach. Friendly staff but not the best hotel.
Cleanliness definitely isn’t a top priority here. I stayed for 3 nights and had the same sheets and 1 small blanket for two people. The water would not work half the time, thankfully they did provide a bucket and ladle. You’re required to give the receptionist the key, which I thought would be for cleaning purposes, thus after the first 2 nights my guest and I learned there would be no cleaning at all.
Though I have no plans to revisit Puerto Galera, I do hope the hotel learns to clean the hotel frequently.
