Lo resaltable de este hotel es el club de playa. Bacoho es muy bonita y puedes meterte con cuidado. Sin embargo, toma en cuenta que el horario es de 10am-6pm. El horario también es reducido en la alberca superior, la cierran a las 7pm. Me hubiera gustado saberlo antes. Los alimentos y las habitaciones son regulares, nada destacable. El internet es nulo en las habitaciones. Funciona en el lobby y en el club de playa. La señal del cable es inestable.

El personal es muy atento y amable en todo momento, la habitación era muy cómoda y limpia, la comida aunque no tan amplia era deliciosa y de varios tipos de comida, por las noches hay especialidades como tacos o tlayudas, la comida es deliciosa, hay un transporte que te lleva del hotel a la playa para tu mayor comodidad, la playa es hermosa y limpia, tienen 3 piscinas que son excelentes, snacks a la carta y coctelería a morir, excelente hotel all inclusive sin duda volveremos mi hija estuvo súper contenta.

Place is outdated and run down Needs major renovations . Room - was ok - sheets and curtains very old Bathroom moldy and has a sewer smell. Doorknobs are loose and half broken. Safe completely broken (the one in my room) Dinning - food ok - but very limited options Tables and chairs very old and some really need to be replaced. Decor looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years - very dusty. Pools - pool side chairs old and moldy Los coco Pool area needs more cleaning - too much sand around and in the pool. Not well kept Beach towels supper old - need new ones The place has potential - need major renovations and more staff to focus on keeping this place clean. Not worth the price I paid - I have paid less in other resorts and get my moneys worth. Not coming back here

Las almohadas y los colchones están muy viejos, muy incómodos, no nos dieron habitaciones juntas cuando ya habíamos hecho reservación, los baños sucios con moho, pedimos una toalla y nunca nos hicieron caso, la manija de la ventana rota, no vale la pena por lo que uno paga, el club de playa con muchas restricciones, ni parecía club de playa, las distancias si son cortas pero para irse en taxi; caminando si esta retirado, la comida muy básica, el internet un asco, el poco personal que había no muy atento, solo los meseros

This hotel is good for the price we paid. The beach is at walking distance and there is a shuttle service available in case you don’t want to walk the stairs down to the beach. I am glad we purchased the breakfast included. Hotel does need a bit more of maintenance but it is expected due to the location.

The grounds, pool and beach were top notch but unfortunately that's where it ended. At our request we were assigned rooms ground level with an ocean front view. There are no elevators so we had to lug our suitcases down several flights of stairs. Once inside our rooms there was a musty smell, the sheets on the bed were stained and smelled dirty. We unpacked, turned the air conditioner on and left to check the facilities. Once back the room was still hot. The air conditioner blew only hot air so maintenance was called in. No solution and we were assigned another room. I complained about the inconvenience of repacking and was informed a manager would talk to us about some form of compensation. That never happened and when their front desk receptionist were advised they feigned ignorance. The bathroom was dirty and the caulking around the shower stall was filthy. The mattress couldn't have been changed in twenty years. We were bitten by bed bugs. The common facilities open and close at destined times. Need I say more?

No es amigable para personas discapacitadas o con poca movilidad , no hay rampas para nada. Es caro, el servicio no es bueno, muy poca variedad en los dos restaurantes y no está a pie de playa (cosa que te ofrecen), además en la boutique si pagas con tarjeta te cobran comisión
