This hotel is clean , hotel it is located on a hill away from the touristy area. A good amount of walking is required to get to Zicatela Beach where the nice beaches and dinning places .

I read good reviews on Casa Mia, and not just from the ******* website, hence the reason I stayed here. I upscaled my stay with the premium suite for the outstanding ocean view. What I didn't know from my research, was how intense the noise would be from across the street!
The staff were friendly, and the hotel secure and clean. The hotel location was close to restaurants, Playa Principal and the Night Market. I am slightly under 6', but my feet would overhang on the bed. The shower water would take a few minutes to heat up, while the air conditioner and the fridge worked well. The view from the balcony was spectacular, and the hotel pool was refreshing.
The noise prevent me from getting deep sleep. I am happy that my last two nights in Puerto Escondido were spent at another hotel in Rinconada where I had two super quiet nights that yielded in deep sleep.
