Nous avons séjourné 6nuits dans cet établissement . Déjà une mention spéciale pour l’accueil la sympathie la serviabilité et la gentillesse de tout le personnel est grandement à souligner . Toujours le sourire toujours un petit mot toujours à essayer de rendre service rien n’à redire . Ensuite la situation géographique . Puerto del Carmen est une station balnéaire très animée l’hôtel est un peu en recul de toute cette animation mais pour autant très proche et accessible à pied . Ce qui en fait un parfait endroit pour se détendre tout en étant proche de toutes commodités. La piscine est petite certes mais très agréable en fin de journée pour se détendre et se prélasser. Je pense en revanche qu’en pleine saison les places sont vite saturées. Il faut également souligner la propreté le confort la déco et le buffet du petit déjeuner avec les propositions d’œuf sous toute leur forme à la carte … délicieux ! Notre suite avait vu sur l’océan et le coucher de soleil ♥️ Dernier point non négligeable : nous avons pu rester à la piscine pour profiter le dernier jour malgré le Check out à 12h et une salle de bain est mise à dispo à l’heure que vous souhaitez …. Cela permet de se rafraîchir avant de repartir à l’aéroport ! Génial ! Merci à toute l’équipe nous reviendrons !

Fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel. Our Room was very spacious and comfortable with the afternoon sun as requested and with views of the sea, thank you. The staff are all delightful and always welcoming, friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast with good choices, although a greater range of cereal would be welcome, food was cooked to order and delivered to your table, which was great. We stayed on a B&B basis but there was the ability to eat at the hotel in the evening if required which was a huge bonus, also very reasonably priced. Thank you to all at Isla y El Mar for a wonderful holiday and we would love to return in the future.

We have just had an absolutely perfect week at the hotel. I would like to mention first of all that the whole team does their upmost to make you feel welcome and to ensure you have the best possible experience in the hotel. The breakfast buffet is exceptional and the dinner selection too. A special mention to Ruben and John and the team in the dining room. Everyone is so attentive. There is a delicious snack menu at the pool bar where we were looked after by the lovely Lia and Adela. They are both so friendly and do an amazing job. The pool area is a relaxing oasis with really comfortable sun beds. It was lovely to see that other couples respected the tranquility and no one disturbed anyone else with loud voices or phones. We were in an Atlantic suite which was very spacious and had a lovely sea view. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Thank you to our friendly housekeeping lady Sandra ! There is a beautiful cocktail bar, Kentia where we were served delicious, creative cocktails by David T from Galicia. He really has a great energy about him and is extremely welcoming. Every area is kept immaculately clean and well maintained. Reception staff are incredibly helpful and seem a great team . From the welcome glass of cava on arrival to the efficient check out at the end of our stay. Thank you to Mario too. We would love to return to this hotel hopefully for a bit longer next time and definitely recommend it to couples looking for a relaxing cocoon for their holiday. Thank you guys for a really great holiday, you are definitely a 5 * team!

The most wonderful holiday. The hotel is spotless . We stayed in suite and as I have osteoarthritis our suite was convenient to the restaurant and pool /subbed area. Snacks are available at the pool bar and they are delicious. The view from the sun bed area is outstanding and always plenty of beds . Restaurant has always plenty of choices a d food is excellent . Staff are hard working and very helpful.

This is the 2nd visit to this hotel and again the rooms are roomy & exceptionally clean. The staff are very friendly especially the fella who takes your cases to your room, Also the barman in Kentia (glasses) and the little brown haired lady in the pool bar who wears a hat. The breakfast & food is excellent, No complaints. There's only 1 complaint I've got and I said this last year, You definitely need to replace the broken & worn out Sun Umbrellas. We struggled using them again and actually hurt my bad as they're mostly broken. Apart from that an excellent holiday.

Not what I expected, but in a really positive way. Arrived late on Thursday evening and was welcomed at reception with a glass of cava and an introduction to the Boy! The boy - a young man who is on hand 24/7 and literally brightens up the hotel with his personality and willingness to help with everything. We enquired as to what the best options were to visit another resort to be told don’t worry - if you get stuck just call reception and we will send the boy to pick you up - example of going over and above. We stayed in a beautiful suite, spacious with all amenities you need along with Rituals lotions, all these small things add up. The hotel is spotless, the breakfast experience is 10/10 with the manager Reuben been on top of everything and I couldn’t find fault with anything, breakfast served to you plus the option for continental style. To the extent whereby on my last day I walked in and he already knew what I’d like and it was there freshly made within minutes. Pool area lounges and chill out area on par with places in the middle east at double the cost. Option to upgrade to halfboard for a small amount should you like which seemed very reasonable when we enquired. All in all a fantastic 7 days and we could happily extend the stay. Will be coming back

Nice hotel in one of the best parts of the island The good bits - staff are all very helpful and welcoming - very large rooms , well appointed - luxury sun lounges and plenty of them - some great views out to sea - relaxed atmosphere - great breakfast with some dishes cooked to order - only ten mins or so from the airport The not so good bits - wi-fi around the hotel is hopeless. English TV but a waste of time as the signal drops after a couple of minutes. - a fair distance from beaches. There is a VERY steep hill down to the beaches which when walking back up in the heat is horrendous. Not a hotel for those with mobility issues unless you don’t plan to go far The first beach has no sun beds. This one is a meeting point for divers. The next one round the corner has a few sun beds but not many. Both of these beaches don’t seem have any facilities. Further round is the main beach which is huge .with many sun beds. This is also lined with lots of bars and restaurants. The best option perhaps is to taxi it to and from the main beach. Overall you can have a great time here but be mindful that you may need to do some walking

Just a wonderful hotel made all the better by the professional, cheerful, polite staff who were so attentive and friendly. They really made the stay perfect. Rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The pool area was excellent and the pool bar served wonderful snacks, drinks and superb cocktails. The only drawback was the lack of veggie/vegan options but we were able to get around this with the help of the staff. A short walk to the old town and to the ***** with a taxi back if we didn't want to walk back up the hill. We will certainly return and recommend this hotel to our friends.

We have been back for the second time and not been disappointed. The staff are so friendly and can't do enough for you, the hotel is spotless, great choice for buffet breakfast. Sunbeds are amazing and so comfortable, you can change your beach towels every day there. Cocktail bar is beautifully presented and drinks won't disappoint you Short walk into main new part of Peurto Del Carmen town although if you feeling particularly lazy, it's only about 4 euros for a taxi back up!;-) My birthday was when we were out there and they brought us bottle of Cava for the room.
