So nearly a 5* review. Just returned from this beautiful hotel after a 10 day stay and a brilliant holiday. Peurto del Carmen is lovley. Something for everyone. The Positives. The pool, hotel, chill out balcony, views are just amazing. The rooms are spotless and the breakfast area and food cannot be faulted. The breakfast/bar staff are amazing too. Had a couple of lunches here as too from the snack menu and responsibly priced. 4 euro a pint of beer 2 euro for a coffee. Sun beds were easy to obtain. I think they have put more in since other reviewers had complained about lack of them. The negatives, and this should not put you off coming but it is why i cannot give it a 5* review. On arrival you are told that if you want to use the safe its now 4 euro a day this has increased from 3 euro a day. So that would have been 40 euro then for us. If if you want WiFi in your room its 2 euro a day. So before they give you a room key they wanted 60 euro off me. Not a chance. This should be provided for free in a 4* Hotel. Luckily i had read previous reviews so bought a lock for my case and topped up my data before i came. Also if you have a late return flight they will find you room to have a shower but again only if you pay 30 euro until 3pm or 40 euro after this. Come on !! Surely you can find a room that people can spend 20 mins in to have a quick shower and a change of clothes before a long journey home. Other Hotels provide time slots for this. We ended up getting changed in the lobby toilets which to be fair were big enough for it not to be a problem. Overall the positives by far outweighed the nagatives, and i would deffinatley stay here again.

We’ve just returned from our second stay at this wonderful complex, and we’re already looking forward to next year. The property is impeccably maintained, very clean, and ideally located for easy access to everything. What really stands out, though, is the friendly and welcoming staff from housekeeping to the bar & reception - special mention to Carolina, Maria & Sally and the lovely gentleman who’s name we didn’t get unfortunately. We especially loved the happy hour – a fantastic touch! All in all, it’s a great place to relax and unwind, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend.

This was our 4th stay at this lovely hotel. A bottle of sparkly wine was left in the room for my brothers birthday which was appreciated. We received everything that we requested. The two ladies at check in (sorry I didn't get their names) were very quick and efficient, even with the extra paperwork they had to deal with. Eduardo on reception was very friendly and helpful, we always had a welcoming smile and a laugh with him! He helped and advised us on what to do when I had a bad fall (not at the hotel) There had been slight drizzle of rain and the pavements are treacherous when wet, so be careful. I landed on my coccyx and twisted my knee! Eduardo always asked how I was getting on. Thank you Eduardo, your kindness was really appreciated. All cleaners work very hard. The room, pool and all other areas kept very clean. The food was often repetitive but we were there for 10 nights! We always managed to find something to eat. We had a lovely stay and will be returning again next year. Thank you to all for making our stay an enjoyable one!

The hotel was lovely, location great. The room was spotlessly clean. We did not eat but had a drink at the pool bar which was lovely.
Apartamentos Aloe

Myself and my Nephew stayed for 10 nights at the Aloe, the check in at night was no problem and getting the key for the room and gate. The Apartment was nice and clean and beds were comfortable, it is a 10 minute walk to the beach front area down hill. There is a small grocery store about half way down and a large one at the bottom. The Pool is very nice and a sun trap and very clean, the cleaners and maintenance guy are always around. I way really impressed with the Aloe. I will be back definitely. Thanks to all the staff.

Arrived home last week but because of Christmas stuff to do I have only just found time to write a review, this was a celebration for my 68th birthday and a winter holiday combined. This is our 17th visit in less than 3 years to Lanzarote Village and again it was perfect, we were greeted like friends when we checked in and it was lovely to feel so happy to be ‘home’. All the staff are so friendly and can’t do enough for you, we were lucky to get the room we requested again. The hotel staff are all so friendly from the maids to the ground staff everyone welcomes you with a ‘hola’ or buenos dias. The hotel is really clean in all areas and the maids do a lovely job of the rooms and the lemony scent when they have been in is lovely. The food in the restaurant for breakfast dinner and evening meals is always good, anyone who says there’s nothing to eat must have problems because we have never had a problem finding something at every meal. The food at the pool bar is also 1st class and includes burgers, pizza, chicken nuggets which I love, toasted sandwiches, spaghetti bolognese, fries etc. The bar opens for drinks at 10.30 and serves beer, wine slushies, coffee. A special thanks to Miguel and Aaron and especially Manu the lifeguard for putting up with my hubby’s jokes 😂. There is water available at the bar all day and ice cream for guests on all inclusive, coffee and cakes are available at 3.30 for all inclusive guests. As always we have had a lovely 10 day holiday and look forward to returning in April to celebrate our golden wedding and my hubbys birthday. Thank you to all at LanzaroteVillage for another lovely holiday and we will see you in April, hopefully in our favourite room xx Feliz Navidad to all x
