Die Lage ist unumstößlich super - damit hat es sich mit den Vorteilen auch. Es war schlicht dreckig, die Badezimmer waren nicht okay. Jede Person kann immer in jeden Waschraum und in jedes Stockwerk, es gibt keine Verriegelungen. Ich hatte mich bei der Rezeption beschwert, dort wurde auch zugegeben, dass es gerade in den Waschräumen nicht gut aussieht, aber ließ sich nicht ändern. Ich habe dann nach zwei Tagen ausgecheckt, die Angestellten, mit denen ich gesprochen habe, waren sehr bemüht und tat ihnen echt leid, aber der Chef wollte mir keinen Cent erstatten, obwohl seine Angestellten zugegeben haben, dass es inakzeptabel dreckig war. ******* hat getan, was sie konnten, aber die Policy ist eben „no refunds“ und es war dem Besitzer schlicht egal. Ich kenne die „City Hub“-Kette, die ebenfalls ein Kapselkonzept haben, aber ist hiermit absolut nicht zu vergleichen. Würde ich nicht nochmal buchen - nicht mal wenn man mich dafür bezahlte.

Nice place to stay, very central and cheap. You have everything you absolute need in one capsule. Had some trouble with mine, but it was fixed in the second I asked. Staff help if you need. Very safe to store your things here except for the fridge, but has nothing to do with the hostel. Also a bar and restaurant. Clean bathrooms.

+++ The staff is nice and helpful, and the location is great. Staying in the capsule is much better than staying in an average hostel as it gives more privacy and space. Capsules are easy to lock, and there are additional lockers available in the room. ---The kitchen is incredibly small for the amount of people staying in the hostel. The fridges don't have enough space for all the food. The bathrooms are dirty in the evenings and missing toilet paper.

L'etablissement est bien placée, cependant les chambres, et les pieces communes ne sont pas très propres. Personnel pas très souriant non plus.
Experience a tester, peut être, mais seulement pour une nuit.

Sono stata qualche giorno all’ostello, ho trovato tutti molto disponibili e accoglienti. È stata veramente una bella esperienza. Ci tornerò sicuramente in futuro quando vorrò rilassarmi e staccare la mente.

Todo perfecto, el personal muy amable y el hostel muy limpio, muy bien ubicado en el centro de la ciudad cerca de la playa y de todo! Las cápsulas son cómodas y tienen hasta televisión. El hostel parece un hotel de lo grande y limpio que está. Recomendable!

To avoid if you want to sleep! The idea of capsules is fine, although they are plastic and you can hear everything outside. They shouldn't do this in this place, there is a bar downstairs and a terrace upstairs with lots of music and partying. People would come screaming drunk into the room many times during the night. We closed the door of the room and someone knocked loudly on the door because it has a code and it doesn't work, the doors should never be closed, you can hear everything. You will not sleep
